Շիրակի մարզում ապամոնտաժվել է 21 ապօրինի տեղադրված գովազդային վահանակ

ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության, տեխնիկական եւ հրդեհային անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի Շիրակի տարածքային բաժնի տրանսպորտային անվտանգության մասնագետները՝ ղեկավարվելով «Գովազդի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի պահանջներով, 2020 թվականի հունվար-փետրվար ամիսների ընթացքում կատարել են վերահսկողական գործառույթներ ՀՀ ընդհանուր օգտագործման միջպետական եւ հանրապետական նշանակության ճանապարհներին տեղադրված գովազդային վահանակների նկատմամբ։
Արդյունքում՝ Մ-1 Երեւան-Բավրա միջպետական նշանակության ավտոճանապարհի Շիրակի մարզի տարածքում հայտնաբերվել են թվով 10 ապօրինի տեղադրված գովազդային վահանակներ, Հ-32 Գյումրի-Կապս-Ամասիա, Հ-17 (Հ-21) Մանթաշ-Արթիկ եւ Հ-17 Արմավիր-Գյումրի հանրապետական նշանակության ավտոմոբիլային ճանապարհներին հայտնաբերվել են եւս 11-ը։ Ապօրինի վահանակների պատասխանատուներին ուղարկվել են գրավոր նախազգուշացնող ծանուցումներ՝ ապօրինի տեղադրված գովազդային վահանակների օրինականացման կամ դրանց ապամոնտաժման վերաբերյալ։ Արդյունքում թվով 21 ապօրինի տեղադրված գովազդային վահանակներն ապամոնտաժվել են։
Նույն ժամանակահատվածում ուսումնասիրություններ, դիտարկումներ եւ վերահսկողական գործառույթներ են իրականացվել նաեւ ներմարզային եւ ներքաղաքային կանոնավոր ուղեւորափոխադրման ոլորտում սպասարկում իրականցնող կազմակերպությունների գործունեության նկատմամբ։
Հայտնաբերված խախտումների վերաբերյալ կազմվել են թվով 8 արձանագրություններ՝ առանց ճանապարհային թերթիկի, ճանապարհային թերթիկում համապատասխան նշումների բացակայության եւ առանց կողային ցուցանակի ուղեւորափոխադրումներ իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ։
Խախտումներ թույլ տված կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարները հրավիրվել են Տեսչական մարմին, որոնց տրվել են համապատասխան ցուցումներ՝ սեղմ ժամկետներում հայտնաբերված թերությունները վերացնելու ուղղությամբ։
