Խոշոր գործարար Սամվել Մայրապետյանի նկատմամբ այսօր հայտարարվել է հետախուզում: Նրա նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց անձնական երաշխավորությունը վերացվել է եւ քննիչի կողմից միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան նրան կալանավորելու վերաբերյալ: Այս մասին հայտնում է Armtimes.com-ը:

 

 

 

ՀԺ-ի տեղեկությունը հաստատեց ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության մամուլի քարտուղար Մարինա Օհանջանյանը: Պատճառն այն է, որ Մայրապետյանին թույլատրվել էր մեկնել արտերկիր բուժման նպատակով, սակայն վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կանչով վերջինս չի ներկայացել եւ անձնական երշխավարություն ստանձնած անձինք չեն կարողացել ապահովել նրա ներկայանալը ՀՔԾ:

 

Գործարարի համար անձնական երաշխավորություն էին ներկայացրել եւ 15 միլիոն դրամ վճարել հայտնի նյարդավիրաբույժ, պրոֆեսոր Ռուբեն Ֆանարջյանը եւ Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի տեղեկատվական համակարգի ղեկավար, Գարեգին Բ Վեհափառ Հայրապետի մամուլի խոսնակ տեր Վահրամ քահանա Մելիքյանը: Այն ժամանակ ՀՔԾ-ն երաշխավորներին հայտնել էր, որ իրենց պարտականությունները չկատարելը հանգեցնում է պատասխանատվության։ Քննիչը որոշում է կայացրել Ֆանարջյանի եւ Վահրամ Քահան Մելիքյանի վճարած 30 միլիոն դրամը պետական եկամուտ դարձնելու մասին, ինչը մեր զրույցում հաստատեց Մարինա Օհանջանյանը:

 

Մայրապետյանը մեղադրվում է 7 միլիոն դոլար կաշառք ստանալուն օժանդակելու մեջ: ՀՔԾ-ն Մայրապետյանին թույլատրել էր արտերկիր մեկնել 2019 թվականի հունվարից:
