Նախանշվում են հնարավոր սցենարների «մեղավորները»
POLITICSՍահմանադրական հանրաքվեի համար ընտրական հանձնաժողովների ձևավորումից հետո որոշ շրջանակներ ակտիվ շրջանառության մեջ դրեցին տեղեկություններ, որ և՛ «Այո»-ի, և՛ «Ոչ»-ի շտաբների կողմից առաջադրված հանձնաժողովականների մեջ մեծ թիվ են կազմում, այսպես կոչված, «նախկինները», այսինքն՝ ՀՀԿ-ականներ, ՀՅԴ-ականներ, որոնք նախկինում ևս եղել են հանձնաժողովի անդամ, նախագահ, քարտուղար: Սակայն ուշագրավ է այս թեմային անդրադարձողների շրջանակը.
խոսքը իշխանամերձ սատելիտների խմբի մասին է, որը նաև իշխանություններին է «քննադատում» «Այո»-ի կողմից այդպիսի թեկնածուներ առաջադրելու համար: Սրան զուգահեռ՝ ժամանակ առ ժամանակ «տեղեկություններ» են նետվում ինչ-որ տեղերում «Ոչ»-ի կողմից իբր գումար բաժանելու կամ խոստանալու մասին:
Ի դեպ, այս «տեղեկությունների» բացահայտման համար հենց «Ոչ»-ի շտաբն է դիմել իրավապահներին: Կան տեղեկություններ, որ իրականում նման «լուրերի» տարածումն ու հանձնաժողովականների թեմայի շահարկումը պատահական չեն. սրանով իշխանությունները մի քանի հարց են լուծում:
Նախ՝ եթե հանրաքվեն տապալվի, ինչը նաև իշխանության ներսում են շատ հավանական համարում, այդ դեպքում առավել հստակ մեղավորներ կլինեն՝ «նախկինների մնացուկ» հանձնաժողովականները և «փող վերցնողները»: Մյուս կողմից՝ եթե ընդդիմադիր ուժերի կողմից բացահայտվեն ընտրական խախտումներ, էլի մեղավորը կլինեն նույն «նախկինների մնացուկ» հանձնաժողովականները, ու հենց նրանք էլ կդառնան քավության նոխազ:
