«Վստրեչի Ապերի» տան խուզարկության մասին որոշումը կայացրել է Վաչե Մարգարյանը. պաշտպան

Որոշումը կայացրել է Վաչե Մարգարյանը, այն ապօրինի որոշում է: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարեց Արամ Վարդանյանի պաշտպան Լուսինե Սահակյանը:

 

Սահակյանը նշեց, որ որոշման մեջ ամեն դեպքում չի հասկացվում, թե ինչ են ոստիկանները փնտրել Վարդանյանի տանը, մինչդեռ դատարանը որոշման մեջ պետք է հստակ նշի, թե ինչ կամ ում են փնտրելու:

 

«Քննիչներն ու ոստիկանության բազմաթիվ աշխատակիցներ խուզարկություն են իրականացրել 4 տներում և օժանդակ շինություններում: Նրանք նույնիսկ տեղյակ չեն եղել, թե որ տունը որ հասցեի տունն է և ունեն արդյո՞ք թույլտվություն այդ հասցեում խուզարկություն իրականացնելու: Նրանք խուզարկություն անելու իրավունք չունեին»,-ասաց Սահակյանը:

 

«Որոշման բովանդակային մասում ինչ-որ քրեական գործեր են նշված, բացատրված չէ, թե ինչ կապ ունի Արամ Վարդանյանը դրանց հետո: Ինչ-որ անձանց ինչ-որ ենթադրություններ կան, որ նա հնարավոր է կապ ունի այդ հանցագործությունների հետ: Բովանդակային մասում նշվել է, որ քննիչը միջնորդել է խուզարկություն իրականացնելու զենք զինամթերք հայտնաբերելու, ինչպես նաև քրեական գործի համար էական նշանակություն ունեցող իրեր հայտնաբերելու համար: Նշված չէ, թե ինչ իրերի մասին է խոսքը»:

 

Քննիչներից որևէ տեղեկություն չի տրվել այն մասին, թե ինչ կարգավիճակ ունի Արամ Վարդանյանը, ուզում են հարցաքննել նրան, թե՝ ոչ. «Եթե նման որոշում լիներ, պետք է տրամադրվեր: Վերցրել են անձնական կյանքին վերաբերող բազմաթիվ տեսաերիզներ, որոնք քրեական գործի հետ որևէ կապ չունեն: Մենք առարկել ենք, սակայն այդ իրերը վերցրել են»:

 

Սահակյանը նշեց, որ որոշման մեջ նշված քրեական գործի հետ Արամ Վարդանյանը կապ չունի, որևէ բան տանը չի հայտնաբերվել:

 

Փաստաբանն ասաց, թե գիտեն այն անձանց, որոնց ենթադրությունների վրա որոշումը կայացվել է, գիտեն նաև այդ անձանց առնչությունը որոշակի անձանց հետ, նրանց շահագրգռվածությունը նման ենթադրություններ անելու հարցում. «Մենք հետո կխոսենք այդ մասին»:

 

Փաստաբանը խոստացավ հրապարակել շատ հետաքրքիր տեսանյութեր, որոնք կօգնեն հասկանալ՝ արդյո՞ք իշխանություններն իրական պայքար են մղում հանցագործությունների դեմ, թե այլ հանգամանքներ կան:

 

Ինչ վերաբերում է Վարդանյանի հայտարարությանը, թե իրեն գործարք են առաջարկել, ինքը մերժել է, դրա համար էլ այս ամեն ինչը տեղի է ունենում, Սահակյանը նշեց, որ շուտով ամեն ինչը կհրապարակեն, հանրության համար պարզ կլինի, թե ինչ են ցանկանում իշխանություններն Արամ Վարդանյանից ու նաև նրանցից, ում իրենք հովանավորում են:
