«Հայկական ժամանակ». «Տաշիր Գրուպը» ներկայումս հանդիսանում է «ՀԵՑ»–ի միայն 25 տոկոսի սեփականատերը

«Կարապետյանին պատկանող «Տաշիր Գրուպը» ներկայումս հանդիսանամ է «ՀԵՑ»–ի միայն 25 տոկոսի սեփականատերը։ Սա ակնհայտ Է դառնում «Ինտեր ՌԱՕ»-ի հրապարակած ֆինանսական հաշվետվությունից։ Ըստ այդմ, այս տարվա հոկտեմբերի 30-ին տեղի ունեցած գործարքի արդյունքում «Տաշիրին» Է անցել «ՀԷՑ»–ի 25 տոկոս գումարած մեկ բաժնետոմս փայամասը։ «Տաշիրը» ճիշտ նույնքան փայամաս է ստացել նաև «Հրազ– ՋԷԿ»–ում և այս ձեռնարկության հիմնական սեփակա– նատերը ևս շարունակում է մնալ «Ինտեր ՌԱՕ»–ն։
Այս երկու ձեոնարկաթյուններում նշված փայամասերը ստանալու համար «Տաշիրը», ըստ հրապարակված փաստաթղթի, վճարել է 8 միլիոն 250 հազար դոլար։ Ուշագրավ է նաև, որ «ՀրազՋԷԿ»–ի վերաբերյալ գործարքը առքուվաճառք չէ. «Ինտեր ՌԱՕ»–ի հաշվետվության մեջ նշված է, թե այս էլեկտրակայանի բաժնեմասը հանձնվել է «Տաշիրին» ինչ-որ վոխհատուցման դիմաց՝ «за денежное вознаграждение». Նշենք, որ «Ինտեր ՌԱՕ»–ն դիմել էր ՀՀ հանրային ծառայությունները կարգազորող հասձնաժալովին ՀԷՑ-ի 100 բաժնետոմսերը վաճառելու թույլտվություն ստանալու խնդրանքով և հոկտեմբերի 1-ին ստացել էր այդ թույլտվոթյոաը։ Երևի ՌԱՕ-ն հետո փոշմանել Է»,–գրում է թերթը։
