Արցախյան քարոզարշավի առաջին տասն օրը
POLITICSԱրդեն տասն օր է, ինչ Արցախում ընթանում է նախագահական ու խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների քարոզարշավը: Պետք է նշել, որ այն բավականին ակտիվ ու հետաքրքիր է ընթանում: Կուսակցություններն ու նախագահի թեկնածուները շարունակում են հանդիպումները ընտրողների հետ, ներկայացնում իրենց մոտեցումները:
Իհարկե, հանդիպում են նաև հակաքարոզչության տարբեր տարրեր, կոշտ ձևակերպումներ, սակայն դրանք ընտրությունների համար արտառոց երևույթներ չեն: Էականն այն է, որ տարբեր փորձագետների գնահատականներով, գոնե մինչև այս պահը կողմերը հնարավորինս պահպանում են կոռեկտություն՝ չանցնելով թույլատրելիի սահմանները:
Տեղեկություններ են ստացվում, որ քարոզարշավին զուգահեռ անցկացվում են որոշակի սոցհարցումներ՝ պատկերացում կազմելու, թե ինչպես են փոխվում հատկապես նախագահի թեկնածուների վարկանիշները: Սակայն այն տվյալները, որոնք նաև մեզ են հասանելի դառնում և որոնց վերաբերյալ լինում են տարբեր հրապարակումներ, պետք է որ էապես անհանգստացնեն հայաստանյան իշխանություններին: Բանն այն է, որ տևական ժամանակ հանրությունը փորձում էր հասկանալ, թե ում է սատարելու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Ընդ որում, խնդիրն այն չէ, որ դա այդ թեկնածուին կարող է օգտակար լինել, չի բացառվում, որ ընդհակառակը: Սակայն հայաստանյան իշխանությունների հետաքրքրությունների թեման միշտ էլ ակտուալ է եղել այս առումով, ընդ որում՝ դեռ մինչև քարոզարշավը որոշ թեկնածուներ ջանք ու եռանդ չէին խնայում ցույց տալու, թե հենց իրենք են «այդ թեկնածուն»: Ու որքան էլ պաշտոնական դիրքորոշում չի հայտնվել, կարծիք կա, որ Փաշինյանի նախընտրելի թեկնածուն Մասիս Մայիլ յանն է: Հենց այս հանգամանքը նկատի առնելով էլ նշում ենք, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունները պետք է որ անհանգստացած լինեն, քանի որ վարկանիշների փոփոխման ներկա տեմպերը պահպանվելու դեպքում առաջին փուլով հազիվ թե որևէ մեկը հաղթի: Ընդ որում, «եթե ընտրությունները լինեին առաջիկա կիրակի» տարբերակով այսօրվա դրությամբ, ըստ տարբեր հարցումների, առաջատարը Արայիկ Հարությունյանն է: Նրան շատ մոտ է Վիտալի Բալասանյանը, ու գնալով նրանց միջև տոկոսային տարբերությունը դառնում է շատ քիչ: Եվ սա այն դեպքում, որ վերջինիս նկատմամբ հակաքարոզչությունը ամենաուժգինն է, այդ թվում՝ հենց Փաշինյանի կողմից: Արցախում արդեն կատակում են, թե գուցե նաև դա է օգնում Բալասանյանին:
Թե ինչ ընթացք կունենա առաջիկա քսան օրվա քարոզարշավը, բնականաբար, ոչ ոք ասել չի կարող: Սակայն ակնհայտ է, որ արցախյան ընտրությունները ունեն մի շատ կարևոր առանձնահատկություն. այստեղ անհամեմատ գերակա է պետության, պետականության, անվտանգության խնդիրը, քան անձնական, նեղ կուսակցական շահը, առավել ևս՝ որևէ անձի կամ ուժի նախասիրություններն ու ամբիցիաները:
