ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել  Մարտի 8-ի կապակցությամբ:

«Սիրելի՛ կանայք, մայրեր, քույրեր, դուստրեր՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հպարտ քաղաքացիներ,

Ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ Կանանց միջազգային օրվա կապակցությամբ։ Այս գեղեցիկ գարնանային տոնը ևս մեկ առիթ է արտահայտելու մեր հարգանքը և անսահման սերը ձեր նկատմամբ: 

Այս օրը միայն շնորհավորանքների և մեր սիրելի կանանց, մայրերին, քույրերին ու դուստրերին ջերմ խոսքեր ու ծաղիկներ նվիրելու առիթ չէ, այլև ևս մեկ անգամ արձանագրելու օրվա խորհուրդը, որը կապված է կանանց իրավունքների պաշտպանության հետ: Թեև մեր երկրում կանանց իրավունքների պաշտպանության առումով ակնհայտ խնդիրներ ակնառու չեն, մշտապես տեղին է կանանց իրավունքների հետ կապված հարցերի քննարկումն ու բարձրաձայնումը:

Ցավոք, կանանց նկատմամբ բռնության դրսևորումներ մեր հանրության շրջանում դեռևս տեղի են ունենում, ինչը անթույլատրելի և անընդունելի է, առավել ևս բռնությունից զերծ հանրություն ունենալու մեր համազգային տեսլականի համատեքստում: Մեր խնդիրն է՝ բարձրացնել կանանց իրավունքների պաշտպանությանն ուղղված միջոցառումների մակարդակն ու որակը, որն ի վերջո պիտի հանգեցնի համապատասխան մարմինների կողմից դրանց կանխարգելմանն ու բացառմանը:

Նոր Հայաստանում կանանց դերը շատ մեծ է և կարևոր։ Դրա վկայությունն է այն, որ երկու տարի առաջ հենց կանանց աննախադեպ քաղաքական ակտիվությունը դարձավ այն շրջադարձային կետը, որը թույլ տվեց Հայաստանում իրականացնել պատմական փոփոխություններ: Նոր Հայաստանում կանայք պետք է հանրային, քաղաքական, տնտեսական առումով լինեն ակտիվ, քաղաքական, տնտեսական, հանրային առաջնորդության ավելի մեծ հնարավորություններ ունենան։ Դա մեր կառավարության կարևորագույն առաջնահերթություններից է:

Պատահական չէ, որ պետական կառավարման համակարգի բարձր օղակներում այսօր հաջողված գործունեություն են ծավալում բազմաթիվ կանայք և իմ պատկերացմամբ՝ նրանց թիվը գնալով ավելի պիտի մեծանա։ 

Սիրելի՛ կանայք,

Մեր կառավարությունը հետամուտ է լինելու ձեր կողմից բարձրաձայնվող խնդիրների լուծմանն ու նախաձեռնելու է այնպիսի ծրագրեր, որոնք առավել հնարավոր են դարձնելու ձեր ներուժի լիարժեք իրացումը թե՛ ընտանիքում և թե՛ հանրային կյանքում։

Եվս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիդ այս կարևոր տոնի կապակցությամբ՝ մաղթելով մասնագիտական հաջողություններ, նորանոր նախաձեռնություններ և ընտանեկան ջերմություն»,- ասվում է ուղերձում:
