SOCIETYԱրցախի նախագահի թեկնածու, Արցախի հերոս, գեներալ Վիտալի Բալասանյանը մարտի 7-ի հանդիպումներն Ասկերանի շրջանում սկսվել է կանանց եւ աղջիկներին շնորհավորելով՝ գալիք տոնի առթիվ։
Միաժամանակ, Բալասանյանը հայտնել է իր խորը տագնապը:
«Տագնապած եմ, իմ ունեցած տեղեկությունները վերլուծելով՝ անհանգիստ եմ։ Դրա համար եմ այս օրերին Ձեզ հանդիպում զինվորական հագուստով։ Տագնապս բոլորիս համար է։ Եկեք գոնե այսօր համախմբվենք, վերջ տանք այս տարանջատման գործընթացներին, որոնք արդեն մի քանի տարի է, ինչ կա մեզանում։ Հասկանալի է, սոցիալական խնդիրներ ունենք, մեր տներն ու դպրոցները հին են, ջրի, տանիքի, ճանապարհների եւ այլ շատ խնդիրներ ունենք։ Բայց հավատացե՛ք, այդ բոլոր խնդիրները լուծվող են, եթե միայն կարողանանք միասնական ու արդար լինենք։ Սա է առաջին հերթին իմ խնդրանքը` բոլորիս թույլ չտանք Արցախը պառակտեն»,- ասաց նա։
Բալասանյանի խոսքով, աշխարհը պայթունավտանգ վիճակում է, եւ Արցախի սահմաններում եւս բախումները չեն բացառվում։
Ու նման իրավիճակում պառակտված հասարակությունն ուղղակի կործանարար է։ «Հայաստանն ու Արցախը պետք է լինեն միակամ։ Հատկապես վերջին մեկուկես տարվա ընթացքում վիճակը մտահոգիչ է։ Հայաստանի քաղաքական իշխանությունները եւս դրան նպաստում են, ինչն, իրոք, մտահոգիչ է»,- նշեց Բալասանյանը։
Արցախի հերոսի խոսքով` խնդիրների մասին խոսել է նաեւ Արցախի նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի հետ, հայտնել իր խորը մտահոգությունը եւ այն, որ ինքն անտարբեր չի կարող լինել այս իրավիճակում։
«Քաղաքական խարդախություններ են սկսվել Արցախում։ Տեսնում եք՝ ինչ է կատարվում։ Երեկ հանդիպել եմ նախագահին։ Խնդրել՝ նորից կանչել մարդկանց, ասել, որ այդ փող բաժանելը, վարչական լծակները բանեցնելն անթույլատերլի են։ Պարբերաբար իմ շտաբում հանդիպում եմ նաեւ մյուս թեկնածուների հետ։ Ասում եմ՝ նրանք, ովքեր երկիրը տանում եւ հասցնում են նման վիճակի, պատասխան են տալու։ Իմ երկրի եւ ժողովրդի դեմ որեւէ ոտնձգություն թույլ չեմ հալու»,- ընդգծեց Վիտալի Բալասանյանը։
