26-ամյա կինը հայտնել է, որ ամուսնու 17-ամյա որդին պահանջել է իրերը հավաքել և տնից հեռանալ, որից հետո փորձել է խեղդել
SOCIETYԻնչպես ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, երեկ՝ մարտի 9-ին, ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության ծառայողները՝ վարչության պետ Սևան Քոչարյանի գլխավորությամբ, ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության հետաքնննչական և համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքների ծառայողները անհետաձգելի օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում սպանության փորձ կատարելու կասկածանքով հայտնաբերել և ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժի են բերման ենթարկել Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ, 17-ամյա Կարեն Ս.-ին:
Shamshyan.com-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ երեկ՝ ժամը 17:30-ի սահմաններում, Հրազդան բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «դեմքի փափուկ հյուսվածքների սալջարդ, պարանոցի ճմլման մասնակի ակոս» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել Կոտայքի մարզի գյուղերից մեկի բնակչուհի: Հիվանդանոց մեկնած ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժնի ծառայողները պարզել են, որ տեղափոխվածը նույն մարզի բնակիչ, 26-ամյա Սուսան Մ.-ն է:
Հիվանդանոցում Սուսան Մ.-ն հայտնել է, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 16:00-ի սահմաններում, իր ամուսնու որդին՝ Կարեն Ս.-ն, գյուղի իրենց տանը պահանջել է իր իրերը հավաքել և տնից հեռանալ: Այդ ժամանակ Կարեն Ս.-ն հետևից մոտեցել է և էլեկտրական հոսանքի լարը գցել է իր պարանոցին՝ փորձելով խեղդել, ու տեսնելով, որ Սուսան Մ.-ն ուշագնաց է եղել, նրան թողնելով անօգնական՝ դիմել է փախուստի:
Փաստի առթիվ ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժնում ՀՀ քր օր-ի 34-104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ և Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ այն ուղարկվել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն: Կասկածյալ Կարեն Ս.-ն ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժնից տեղափոխվել է քննչական վարչություն, որտեղ էլ քննիչի որոշմամբ ձերբակալվել է:
