2020 թվականի մարտի 9-ին՝ ժամը 17:00-ին, «Ալավերդու բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերությունից Ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ «աջ ազդրի կույր հրազենային վերք, աջ ազդոսկրի միջին երրորդականի բազմաբեկոր կոտրվածք» ախտորոշմամբ բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել Լոռու մարզի Օձուն գյուղի բնակիչ:

ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ վերջինս հայտարարել է, որ պայթյունի ձայն է լսել, որից հետո ազդրի շրջանում զգացել է ցավ:

Նույն օրը ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Թումանյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի (դիտավորությամբ առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելը) 1-ին մասով և ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի (ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ կրելը) 1-ին մասով:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել  այն մասին, որ 2020 թվականի մարտի 9-ին՝ ժամը 16:30-ի սահմաններում, Ալավերդի քաղաքի Սայաթ-Նովայի հրապարակին հարակից այգում ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը, մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու դիտավորությամբ, ապօրինի ձեռք բերած հրազենով կրակ է արձակել Օձուն գյուղի բնակչի ուղղությամբ՝ պատճառելով ծանր մարմնական վնաս:

Դեպքի վայրի հարևանությամբ գտնվող կիսաքանդ շինության մեջ կատարված զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է «Մակարով» տեսակի, առանց գործարանային համարի հրազեն, որի պահունակում առկա է եղել 4 հատ փամփուշտ:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, ինչպես նաև ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձին պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
