Փաշինյանն ակնարկեց, որ հանրաքվեն տապալվելու է

Պոպուլիզմը (Պ) հիվանդություն է։ Այն սրվում է նախընտրական շրջանում։ Հռետորը, թեկնածուն, քարոզչական կողմը կիրառում են պոպուլիստական հնարքներ ընտրողի վստահությունը էժան ստանալու նպատակով։
Պ.-ով ողողվում է քաղաքական հավատամք, մեծ օրակարգ, բարոյական սահման չունեցող թիմի քարոզչությունը։ Վերջին օրերին ակտիվացած «Այո»-ի քարոզչությունը կարող էր դառնալ հանրության հետ բովանդակային զրույց՝ ՍԴ-ն ազատագրելուց հետո առաջիկա անելիքների, լուրջ մարտահրավերներին դիմակայելու, քաղաքական երազանքների և լուսավոր այլ բաների մասին։
Այնինչ՝ քարոզարշավը մեծ մասամբ՝ Պ-ի տիրույթում է ծավալվում։ «Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեն կարևոր է, քանի որ դրանով կարձանագրվի, որ Հայաստանում ո՛չ Փաշինյանը, ո՛չ Պողոսյանը, ո՛չ Պետրոսյանը և ոչ ոք չի ունենալու իշխանություն: Հայաստանում իշխանություն ունի և ունենալու է միայն ժողովուրդը»: Սա մեջբերում է երեկ Սյունիքի մարզի Տեղ գյուղում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ելույթից։ Պ-ը բովանդակային խոսքի նկատմամբ ունի թվացյալ առավելություն։
Պ-ական տեքստը չի քննադատվում, չի մեկնաբանվում։ Շեշտը դրված է հուզական ընկալման վրա։ Պ-ական խոսքը նման է հուսահատ կամ հիստերիկ ճչի, չկան՝ գաղափար, արժեք, իդեալ։ Հետևաբար՝ Պ-ական տեքստի շուրջ հնարավոր չէ ծավալել բովանդակային բանավեճ։ Պարզ ասած՝ Պ-ում բառերն իմաստ չունեն։ Օրինակ՝ եթե բառացի հասկանանք պարոն Փաշինյանի ելույթի վերը մեջբերված հատվածի իմաստը, ապա պարզվում է, որ հանրաքվեից հետո Հայաստանում ոչ ոք իշխանություն չի ունենալու։
Եթե հիշենք նաև այն, որ «Իմ քայլն» այս հանրաքվեն համարում է վստահության հանրաքվե, ապա կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ քարոզարշի առաջնորդն ակնարկում է, որ ապրիլի 5-ի վստահության հանրաքվեն տապալվելու է, քանի որ այդ դեպքում է հնարավոր, որ Փաշինյանն իշխանություն չունենա՝ չլինի ՀՀ վարչապետ։ Այս խոսքը լուրջ շփոթ առաջացրեց «Այո»-ի համակիրների շարքերում։
Նման ծուղակներից այսուհետ խուսափելու համար «Այո»-ի արշավականներն առաջիկա օրերին, հավանաբար, կհեռացնեն վարչապետ Փաշինյանին քարոզարշավի առաջին գծից, կմեղմեն Պ-ի չափաբաժինը, միանշանակ բառերով կներկայացնեն «Այո»-ի կռվանները, համակիրներին միավորող քաղաքական տեքստեր կներկայացնեն, կծավալեն բովանդակային բանավեճ, ներգրավելով նաև կուսակցություններին, քաղհասարակությանը, հանրային գործիչներին։ Հակառակ դեպքում՝ եթե մնան Պ-ի տիրույթում, ապա ապրիլի 5-ը կարժեզրկվի և, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կտապալվի ոչ թե բոյկոտի կամ «Ոչ»-ի ջանքերով, այլ ընտրողին թյուրիմացության մեջ գցող Պ-ական էժան հնարքների հետևանքով։
