Ռուս-թուրքական հակամարտության հաջորդ քայլը

Տիգրան Հարությունյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Մոտ մեկ տարի առաջ էլեկտրոնային մամուլում տարածում էր ստացել այն, որ Ռուսաստանը արգելք է դրել Թուրքիայից թռչնամսի, ձվի և որոշ այլ ապրանքների ներկրման վրա, քանի որ վերջիններումս հայտնաբերվել էին հիվանդության բջիջներ:
Օրեր առաջ լրատվական կայքերում լայն արձագանք ստացավ Ռուսաստանի կողմից Թուրքական արտադրանքի ներկրման սահմանափակումների մասին տեղեկությունը: Ոլորտի մասնագետները նշում էին, որ պետք է օգտվել այս իրադարձությունից և մեծացնել արտահանման ծավալներն ու ապրանքատեսակները: Երեկ արդեն ՀՀ կառավարությունում տեղի է ունեցել տեղական արտադրանքի արտահանման խթանման վերաբերյալ խորհրդակցություն՝ շահագրգիռ պետական գերատեսչությունների և գործարար աշխարհի ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ:
Վերը նշված խորհրդակցության ընթացքում քննարկվել են տեղական արտադրանքի արտահանման խթանման ոլորտում տիրող իրավիճակը, այդ ուղղությամբ իրականացվող քայլերը և առկա հնարավորությունները: Մասնավորապես, արծարծվել են դեպի Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն և ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրներ հայկական արտադրանքի արտահանման խթանմանը վերաբերող հարցեր: ՀՀ վարչապետի առաջարկությամբ ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ, միջազգային տնտեսական ինտեգրման և բարեփոխումների նախարար Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը ներկայացրել է ՌԴ կողմից թուրքական ապրանքների նկատմամբ նախատեսվող արգելանքի պարագայում սպասվելիք իրավիճակն ու հայկական արտադրանքի արտահանման ծավալն ավելացնելու հնարավորությունները:
Հարկ է նշել, որ քննարկվել են գյուղատնտեսության, զբոսաշրջության և ներդրումների ոլորտներում հնարավոր քայլերն ու գործողությունները:
Մտքերի փոխանակության ընթացքում կառավարության ղեկավարին են ներկայացվել նաև արտահանող ընկերություններին հուզող խնդիրները, ինչին ի պատասխան վարչապետը նշել է, որ կառավարությունը պատրաստ է աջակցել արտահանման խթանմանն ուղղված յուրաքանչյուր ողջամիտ նախաձեռնության:
Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հորդորել է գործարարներին բաց չթողնել ստեղծված իրավիճակում առաջացող հնարավորությունները և ավելացնել դեպի ռուսաստանյան շուկա արտադրանքի արտահանման ծավալը:
Խորհրդակցության ժամանակ շահագրգիռ գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարներին հանձնարարվել է ակտիվ աշխատել իրենց ոլորտներում նախանշված ուղղություններով և սեղմ ժամկետում կառավարություն ներկայացնել գործողությունների հստակ ծրագիր:
