Ցավոք, պետք էր 79 օր, որ պարզեին՝ ես կապ չունեմ այդ մեղադրանքի հետ. Արմեն Թավադյան
VIDEO«5-րդ ալիքի» սեփականատեր Արմեն Թավադյանը համամիտ է իր փաստաբանների այն կարծիքի հետ, որ իրեն առաջադրված եւ՛ մեղադրանքը, եւ կալանքն ապօրինի էր։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ մարտի 11-ին, «Երեւան-Կենտրոն» ՔԿՀ-ից դուրս գալով լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Արմեն Թավադյանը։
«Գործի վերաբերյալ լավ կլինի փաստաբանները խոսեն։ Կարող եմ ասել, որ լավ եմ, նորմալ եմ զգում ինձ։ Բանտում հանդիպել եմ շատ լավ մարդկանց, որոնք իրենց ծառայությունը կատարում են պարկեշտ, ուշադիր են եղել մեր հանդեպ»,- ասաց Թավադյանը։
Արմեն Թավադյանը շեշտեց, որ իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը շինծու է. «Կիսում եմ իմ փաստաբանների կարծիքը, չկա, ոչինչ չկա, սա շինծու գործ է։ Ցավոք, դրա համար պետք է 79 օր, որ պարզեինч ես կապ չունեմ այդ մեղադրանքի հետ»։
Նշենք, որ «5-րդ ալիքի» սեփականատեր Արմեն Թավադյանը քիչ առաջ դուրս եկավ «Երեւան-Կենտրոն» ՔԿՀ-ից։ Թավադյանին աջակիցները ծափահարություններով դիմավորեցին, բացեցին շամպայն, նա գրկախառնվեց իր աջակիցների հետ։
Թավադյանի աջակիցների թվում էր նաեւ ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի որդին՝ Լեւոն Քոչարյանը եւ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի աջակցության գրասենյակի ղեկավար Աղվան Վարդանյանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը, դատավոր Ալեքսանդր Ազարյանի նախագահությամբ Արմեն Թավադյանին ազատ արձակելու որոշում կայացրեց։ Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Թավադյանի պաշտպան Հովհաննես Խուդոյանն ասաց, որ բողոքը բավարարելու պատճառը եղել է հիմնավոր կասկածի բացակայությունը։
Թավադյանի գործով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, դեռեւս մեղադրական եզրակացությունը չի կազմվել։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Արմեն Թավադյանը կալանավորվել է ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի աջակից ներկայացող Վարուժան Մկրտչյանի կողմից, ըստ Ոստիկանության տեսանյութի, «Մարտի 1-ի» գործով տուժողին ցուցմունքից հրաժարվելու առաջարկ անելու գործով։
Նրան կալանավորել են ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 340-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով նախատեսված (Սուտ ցուցմունք, կեղծ եզրակացություն տալու կամ սխալ թարգմանության համար կաշառելը կամ հարկադրելը) հանցավոր արարք կատարելու կասկածանքով:
