Ցավոք սրտի մեր քաղաքական կյանքում այդպես էլ բովանդակային փոփոխություններ տեղի չունեցան: Քաղաքական համակարգի երկու բևեռների միջև եղած անհավասար ուժերի հարաբերակցությունը գնալով ավելի ու ավելի է խորանում:
Սկսած 1995 թվականից երկրի քաղաքական օրակարգը բովանդակային փոփոխության չի ենթարկվել («հանցավոր իշխանություններին հեռացնելով փրկենք երկիրը»), իսկ 2008-ից հետո դաշտում գերիշխող է «բռնվենք, որ փոխենք» սկզբունքը:
Վերոգրյալ սկզբունքը առաջացել և արմատավորվում է քաղաքական գործընթացների ընթացքում քաղաքական օրակարգը սպասարկող գործիքակազմի բացակայության հետևանքով: Այսինքն, երբ ամեն հնարավոր և անհնարին հարթակներից խոսում ենք իշխանափոխությունից, բայց չենք մասնակցում օրինակի համար՝ ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին (կապ չունի ինչ հիմնավորմամբ) դրանով մենք մարում ենք իշխանափոխության հասնելու մեր հնարավորությունները: Եթե քաղաքական ուժը չունի այնքան ռեսուրս, որ գոնե մասնակցի ասենք 600 հոգանոց բնակչություն ունեցող համայնքի ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին, ապա այդ ուժը պետք է մոռանա իշխանափոխության մասին և փոխի իր գործունեության ոլորտը:
Իսկ ին՞չ է մնում անելու, երբ չես կարողանում օգտագործել քո կողմից առաջարկված քաղաքական օրակարգը սպասարկող գործիքակազմը:
Պատասխանը առավել քան պարզ է՝ հնարավոր բոլոր ճանապարհներով սրել իրադրությունը և փորձել հասարակության շրջանում վաստակել ճնշվածի և հալածյալի կարգավիճակ:
Ին՞չպես հասնել հալածյալի կարգավիճակին:
Ունեցած ռեսուրսներով դուրս գալ փողոց, ստիպել իշխանություններին հարկադրված ուժի դիմել և ինքնահռչակվել քաղբանտարկյալ կամ քաղհալածյալ:
Նմանատիպ իրավիճակ հրահրելու համար երկար մտածել պետք չէ (ուր մնաց մտավոր աշխատանք) ընդամենը հարկավոր է 100 հոգով դուրս գալ փողոց երթի և փորձել այն իրականացնել երթևեկելի հատվածով, կամ հայտարարված համապետական ընտրություններից մի քանի օր առաջ 500-1000 հոգով դուրս գալ փողոց և վերջում նորից 100 հոգով հրաժարվել տուն գնալ:
Հ.Գ. Կարճ ասած մեր քաղաքական կյանքը սկսում և ավարտվում է մեկ բաժակ ջրում փոթորիկ սարքելով և տուն վերադառնալով: Արդյունքում ունենում ենք դեպրիվացիոն (ակնկալիքների և օբյեկտիվ իրականության անհամապատասխանելիություն) իրավիճակ, որում ինչպես միշտ «մեղավոր է միայն ու միայն հանցավոր իշխանությունը», իսկ քաղաքական իմպոտենցիայով տառապող քաղաքական խմբակներն ու մարգինալ ուժերը, ինչպես միշտ, հայտնվում են «զոհի» կարգավիճակում և պատրաստվում են հերթական «հուժկու իշխանափոխությանը»:
