POLITICS«Այո» քարոզչության կողմը թույլ է տվել քարոզչական տպագիր նյութերին վերաբերող օրենսդրական պահանջի խախտում։ Այս մասի այսօր՝ մարտի 12-ին, ֆեյսբուքյան էջում հայտարարություն է տարածել «ՈՉ» քարոզչական կողմը։
Հայտարարության մեջ, մասնավորապես, ասվում է.
«Այո» քարոզչության կողմը թույլ է տվել քարոզչական տպագիր նյութերին վերաբերող օրենսդրական պահանջի խախտում
«Այո» քարոզչական կողմը Երեւանի տարբեր հատվածներում տեղադրել է մեծաթիվ «Այո»-ն գովազդող քարոզչական գովազդային պաստառներ (սքրոլլերներ), որոնք պարունակում են հանրաքվեի քարոզարշավը կանոնակարգող պահանջների խախտում։
Այսպես, «Հանրաքվեի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 18-րդ հոդվածի 5-րդ մասի համաձայն՝քարոզչական տպագիր նյութերը պետք է տեղեկություններ պարունակեն պատվիրատուի, տպագրող կազմակերպության եւ տպաքանակի վերաբերյալ:
Կից ներկայացնում ենք «Այո»-ն գովազդող պաստառների լուսանկարներ, որոնցում տեսանելի է, որ «Այո» քարոզչական կողմը չի պահպանել օրենքի՝ վերը նշված պահանջը։
Միեւնույն ժամանակ, ներկայացնում ենք լուսանկարներ, որոնք վկայում են, որ «Ոչ» քարոզչական կողմը պահպանել է սույն օրենսդրական պահանջը։
Այս պահանջի պահպանման անհրաժեշտությունը բխում է քարոզարշավի թափանցիկության, հանրության առջեւ հաշվետվողականության սկզբունքներից։
«Այո» քարոզչական կողմին կոչ ենք անում վերացնել խախտումը եւ պահպանել «Հանրաքվեի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի՝ քարոզչությանը վերաբերվող պահանջները, մասնավորապես, հանրության առջեւ հաշվետվողականությանը վերաբերող հարցերում»։
