Ինչեր ասես, որ չես լսի միջնադարի վայրի բարքերի մասին, բայց պարզվում է՝ դեռ էլի ու էլի ավանդույթներ կան, որոնց մասին խոսելն անգամ տարօրինակ է դառնում։ Պարզվում է՝ Մմջնադարում կանայք սովորություն ունեին կրծքով կերակրել նաև հասուն տղամարդկանց։ Ինչո՞ւ էին նրանք այդպես վարվում։ 

 

 

 

Պատմությունը մեզ տանում է Հին Հռոմ, որտեղ հաճախ կարող էին ձերբակալել մարդուն ու դրա համար բավարար հիմքեր չունենալ։ Ձերբակալված տղամարդկանցից շատերին փակում էին խցում ու չէին կերակրում այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև որ այդ տղամարդը սովամահ էր լինում։ 

 

 

 

Այսպես մի օր Հին Հռոմում ձերբակալեցին Կիմոնին՝ մի ծերունու, ում մեղադրում էին գողության մեջ։ Կիմոնին դատապարտեցին շուտափույթ սովամահության։ Նրան փակեցին բանտախցում, ու պահապան զինվորները սկսեցին սպասել, թե երբ է ծերուկը լքելու այս աշխարհը։ Սակայն նրանք չկարողացան մերժել Կիմոնի դստեր՝ Պերուի խնդրանքը՝ մինչև հոր մահը այցելել նրան։ 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Պերուն ոչինչ անել չէր կարող, ոչնչով հորը կերակրել ու փրկել չէր կարող, ու այդ ժամանակ էր, որ նրա մտքով անցավ ուղղակի կրծքով կերակրել նրան, որովհետև այդպես ոչ ոք գլխի չէր ընկնի, որ բանտախուց թաքուն ուտելիք է բերվում։ Պերուն այդպես էլ վարվեց։ Նա ամեն օր գալիս էր բանտախուց ու թաքուն կրծքով կերակրում հորը։ Անցան շաբաթներ։ Պերուի հայրը ոչ մի կերպ սովամահ չէր լինում։ Սա Հին Հռոմի իշխանություններին տարօրինակ թվաց, ու նրանց որոշեցին հետևել աղջկան։ Արդյունքում նրանք պարզեցին ողջ ճշմարտությունը, բայց այդ ճշմարտությունը, մեղմ ասած, շոկային էր։ 

 

 

 

Պերուի արածը համարվում էր արյունապղծության պես մի բան, Հին Հռոմում այսպիսի քայլն արժանանալու էր մահապատժի, բայց մյուս կողմից գիտակցումը, որ աղջիկը մահվան վտանգի տակ, միևնույն է, որոշել է գնալ այդ քայլին, որ երկարացնի հոր կյանքը, թույլ չէր տալիս անգամ ամենադաժան կայսրին չհիանալ աղջկա նվիրվածությամբ։
