Մեր զրուցակիցն է Իմեքս գրուպի նախագծերի ղեկավար Հովիկ Հովհաննիսյանը

- Վերջին մեր զրույցի ժամանակ նշեցիք, որ անակնկալները շարունակվում են եւ սպասենք նորությունների Ideal Master-ից: Ինչ Նորություններ ունե՞ք:

- Ուզում եմ մեր հաճախորդներին ներկայացնել միաժամանակ մի քանի նորություններ, որոնք աննախադեպ են շուկայում: Այսուհետ մեր հավելվածի միջոցով հնարավորություն ունեք պատվիրել մի շարք նոր ծառայություններ՝ գորգերի լվացում, հեռախոսների, պլանշետների վերանորոգման ծառայություններ, մեր բոլոր հաճախորդներին առաջին պատվերի ժամանակ տրվում է 10% զեղչ, կատարվել են մի շարք ծրագրային փոփոխություններ, բայց ամենակարեւորը կցանկանայի մեր հաճախորդներին ներկայացնել մեր նոր բոնուսային համակարգը:

- Ի՞նչ բոնուսային համակարգի մասին է խոսքը, կմանրամասնե՞ք:

- Այսուհետ մեր հաճախորդները պարզապես ներբեռնելով հավելվածը հնարավորություն կստանան ոչ միայն օտվել մեր բազմաթիվ ծառայություններից, այլ նաեւ յուրանքանչյուր օր կուտակել 100 բոնուսային միավոր, որը համարժեք է 100 ՀՀ դրամի:

- Իսկ ինչպե՞ս են հաճախորդները օգտագործելու այդ բոնուսային միավորները, ի՞նչ նպատակով:

- Մեր հաճախորդները յուրանքանչյուր օր կուտակելով 100 միավոր, հնարավորություն ունեն այդ միավորները օգտագործել մեր գործընկեր OVS իտալական հագուստի խանութ-սրահներում գնումներ կատարելիս եւ ստանալ կուտակած բոնուսներին համարժեք զեղչ խանութ-սրահի ամբողջ տեսականու համար:

- Բունուսային միավորները ի՞նչ հաճախականությամբ եւ մինչեւ ե՞րբ կարող են օգտագործել հաճախորդները:

-Ցանկանում եմ նշել, որ բոնուսային միավորները հնարավոր է օգտագործել մինչեւ 31.12.2020 թվականը: Մեր հաճախորդները իրենց բոնուս միավորները կարող են օգտագործել գնման գնի 30%-ի չափով մինչեւ նշված ժամկետը ցանկացած օր՝առանց որեւէ սահմանափակման:

-Իսկ ինչ-որ փաստաթուղթ անհրաժե՞շտ է ներկայացնել խանութ-սրահ բոնուսները օգտագործելու համար:

- Բոնուսային միավորները օգտագործելու համար անհրաժեշտ է ուղղակի խանութ- սրահ ներկայանալ այն բջջային հեռախոսով, որով հաճախորդը բոնուսներ է կուտակել: Հավելվածի «Ավելին» բաժնում առկա բոնուս ենթաբաժնում երեւում է, թե հաճախորդը որքան բոնուս է կուտակել եւ շտրիխ-կոդի միջոցով կատարվում է գնի նվազեցում:

-Շնորհակալ ենք հետաքրքիր զրույցի համար:

-Մենք նույնպես շնորհակալ ենք մեր հավելվածին անդրադառնալու համար: Ինչպես նախորդ անգամ նշեցի, այս անգամ եւս կկրկնեմ՝ Սպասեք Անակնկալների ամենաԻԴԵԱԼական հավելվածի կողմից:
