Երևանի դատարանները ծանրաբեռնված են՝ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի դեմ ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանց դատական հայցերով: Դատալեքս կայքի ուսումնասիրությունից պարզ է դառնում, որ տարվա սկզբից Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի դեմ 15 դատական հայց է ներկայացվել:

 

Դիցուք՝ «Արամ-Շին 2007» ՍՊԸ դատական հայց է ներկայացրել Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի դեմ՝ պահանջելով չեղյալ համարել պայմանագրի միակողմանի խզումը:

 

«Աութդոր Էֆեկտ» ՍՊ ընկերությունը 2020թ. փետրվարի 25-ին հայցադիմում է ներկայացրել Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան ընդդեմ Երևանի քաղաքապետի՝ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանին կառուցապատման իրավունքի տրամադրման պայմանագիր կնքելուն պարտավորեցնելու պահանջի մասին: Հայցադիմումը, սակայն, կից փաստաթղթերով, վերադարձնել հայցվորին:
 

 

«ԷԼԻՏ ԷՍՎԵ» ՍՊ ընկերության ներկայացուցիչ Երեմիա Ասատրյանը հայցադիմում է ներկայացրել դատարան ընդդեմ պատասխանող Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի՝ ծառայությունը ընդունված համարելու և գումար բռնագանձելու պահանջների մասին: Հայցադիմումը ընդունվել է վարույթ:
 

 

Սերգեյ Մարտիկի Թավաքալյանը (այսուհետ՝ նաև Հայցվոր) հայցադիմում է ներկայացրել Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան (այսուհետ՝ նաև Դատարան) ընդդեմ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի (այսուհետ՝ նաև Պատասխանող)` հայցելով Պատասխանողից հօգուտ Հայցվորի` որպես վնասի հատուցում բռնառանձել, 3664,707 ՀՀ դրամ, որից 2417000 ՀՀ դրամը` ավտոմեքենային պատճառված վնաս, 700930 ՀՀ դրամը` ՀՀ քաղաքացիական օրենսգրքի 411-րդ հոդվածով նախատեսված տոկոսներ` հաշվարկված 2417000 ՀՀ դրամի նկատմամբ սկսած 11.08.2017թ-ից /դիմումը մերժելու օրը/ մինչև սույն հայցով դատարան դիմելու օրը, 74920 ՀՀ դրամ` երեք փորձաքննություններ կատարելու համար վճարված գումար, 400000 ՀՀ դրամ` փաստաբանի խելամիտ վարձատրության գումար, 71857 ՀՀ դրամ` վճարված պետական տուրքի գումար:
 

 

Գոհար Վանյայի Գրիգորյանը 2020թ. հունվարի 8-ին հայցադիմում է ներկայացրել Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան ընդդեմ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի, երրորդ անձ՝ «Երևանի թիվ 180 հիմնական դպրոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ի խորհուրդ՝ Երևանի քաղաքապետի 2019թ. դեկտեմբերի 10-ի թիվ 4571-Ա որոշումն անվավեր ճանաչելու պահանջի մասին: Սակայն հայցադիմումի ընդունումը մերժվել է:
 

 

Վարդան Խաչատուրի Պետրոսյանը դատական հայց է ներկայացրել ընդդեմ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի Ձեռքբերման վաղեմության ուժով հողամասի նկատմամբ սեփականության իրավունքը ճանաչելու պահանջով:
