Այսօր կորոշվի արտակարգ դրություն հայտարարելու հարցը. վարչապետ

Ես արդեն Երեւանում եմ, այսօր կարեւոր հարցեր պետք է քննարկենք եւ կարեւոր որոշումներ կայացնենք: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ մարտի 16-ին, Facebook-ի իր էջում ուղիղ եթերում նշել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
«Պետք է մասնավորապես, պատասխանենք հարցին, թե արդյոք կարիք կա Հայաստանում կորոնավիրուսի հետ կապված արտակարգ դրություն հայտարարել Հայաստանում կամ հանրապետության առանձին հատվածներում: Ամեն դեպքում, ինչ որոշում էլ կայացնենք, դրա միակ նպատակը լինելու է կորոնավիրուսի հետագա տարածումը կանխելը: Կկայացնենք մաքսիմալ արդյունավետ որոշում եւ կտեղեկացնենք բոլորիդ:
Այս պահին միայն ուզում եմ կոչ անել՝ շարունակեք պահպանել այն բոլոր հորդորները, որ հրապարակվել են կառավարության կողմից»,-ընդգծեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Նրա խոսքով, առաջիկա 1,5 ժամվա ընթացքում կառավարությունում կհրավիրվի խորհրդակցություն եւ եթե դրա արդյունքում որոշվի, որ անհրաժեշտ է հանրապետությունում կամ նրա որոշ հատվածներում արտակարգ դրություն հայտարարել, այդ որոշումը կկայացվի. «Իհարկե, արտակարգ դրությունը, եթե նույնիսկ հայտարարվի, շատ բանով չի փոխի մեևր կյանքը, ընդամենը համաճարակային առավել ռիսկային գոտիներում առավել խիստ հսկողություն կսահմանվի: Գիտեք, որ Էջմիածնի 27 մուտքերից միայն 3-ն են գործում»,-ասաց վարչապետը:
Նա կոչ արեց քաղաքացիներին շատ չլարվել. «Որովհետեւ կորոնավիրուսը, ինչպես ցույց է տալիս փորձը, մի հիվանդություն է, որը ցավոք վտանգ պարունակում է 70 եւ ավելի տարիքի մարդկանց համար, նրանց նկատմամբ լինենք ուշադիր: Իսկ մյուսների դեպքում միակ վտանգն այն է, որ կվարակենք ուրիշներին: Տարիքով մեծ եւ խրոնիկ հիվանդություն ունեցողներին կոչ եմ անում տանը մնալ, դուրս չգալ»:
Պարենի հետ կապված պրոբլեմ չունենք, ասաց վարչապետը՝ հորդորելով ավելորդ աժիոտաժ չստեղծել, չափազանցված գնումներ չանել, վստահել միայն կառավարության կողմից տարածվող լուրերին: «Այո, սա ճգնաժամ է, բայց էս ճգնաժամից պետք է դուրս գանք ավելի ուժեղացած: Պատրաստեք ձեզ մեր հետագա հաղթանակներին»:
