Պարզապես հարկավոր է ճիշտ ու գրագետ աշխատանք
POLITICSԱրտակարգ դրության պայմաններում լինի, թե սոսկ որոշակի արտակարգ իրավիճակներում, բնական է, որ տեղեկատվական հոսքերի խնդիրը առաջնային նշանակություն ունի: Սակայն խնդիրը բացառապես լրատվամիջոցների կամ սոցցանցային հարթակների տիրույթում չէ: Ի վերջո, մենք ունենք դրական օրինակ, երբ 2016 թվականի ապրիլյան պատերազմի օրերին հնարավորիս համակարգված էր տեղեկատվական դաշտը: Սա պայմանավորված էր թե՛ լրատվամիջոցների պրոֆեսիոնալ աշխատանքով, թե՛ պատկան մարմինների կազմակերպված աշխատանքով:
Ներկա փուլում այս տեսակետից անելիք ունեն համապատասխան կառույցները, որոնք պետք է ունակ լինեն տեղեկատվական հոսքերը ոչ թե վերահսկելու, այլ հնարավորինս գրագետ աշխատանքով ուղղորդելու: Օրինակ՝ վերջին մի քանի օրերին տարածված որոշակի տեղեկություններ արագորեն հերքվեցին, սակայն որոշ դեպքերում հերքումները փաստացի հաստատում էին՝ մասնակի «խմբագրումով», որոշ դեպքերում՝ հերքումներից ընդամենը մի քանի ժամ, առավելագույնը՝ մեկ օր անց այդ տեղեկությունները պաշտոնապես
հաստատվեցին: Նման երևույթները բացարձակ չեն ավելացնում վստահությունը պաշտոնական հաղորդումների նկատմամբ, ընդհակառակը: Իսկ «ապատեղեկատվություն» է ձևակերպումը, որն արդեն մոդայիկ է դառնում իշխանությունների համար, վիճակն ավելի է բարդացնում, հատկապես, եթե հետո պարզվում է, որ կա՛մ ճշմարտություն է, կա՛մ ընդամենը մասնակի ճշտումների կարիք կա:
Ուստի հատկապես արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմում ոչ թե պետք է գնալ պարտադիր հերքման ու պիտակավորման ճանապարհով, այլ գրագետ աշխատանքի, տեղեկատվությունը համակարգված տարածելու, սոցցանցերում ու ԶԼՄ-ներում տարածվող տեղեկատվությունը մանրամասն ճշտելու և առանց հիստերիայի իրականությունը մատուցելու ճանապարհով:
Վերջապես պատկան մարմինները չափազանց զգույշ պիտի լինեն քննադատական կամ խորհրդատվական հրապարակումները «խուճապ տարածելու» ձևակերպմամբ «գնահատելու» առումով: Պարզապես հարկավոր է ճիշտ աշխատել՝ թե՛ կառավարման համակարգի, թե՛ տեղեկատվության տրամադրման առումով...
