ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի, ՀԱՊԿ նախկին քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովի, ՀՀ նախկին փոխվարչապետ Արմեն Գևորգյանի գործով հերթական դատական նիստը, որը պետք է կայանար երեկ, տեղի չի ունեցել: Որպես պաշտոնական պատճառաբանություն նշվել է դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանի վատառողջ լինելը: 

Նիստին պետք է քննարկվեր Ռ. Քոչարյանին անձնական երաշխավորությամբ ազատ արձակելու միջնորդությունը: Ռ. Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոց կալանքը անձնական երաշխավորությամբ փոխելու առաջարկով հանդես էին եկել ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետներ Վազգեն Մանուկյանը, Խոսրով Հարությունյանը և Կարեն Կարապետյանը, ինչպես նաև Արցախի նախկին վարչապետ Անուշավան Դանիել յանը։

Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի փաստաբան Հայկ Ալումյանը, սակայն, կասկածներ ունի, որ դատական նիստը հետաձգվել է միտումնավոր, որ հետագայում երաշխավորներից որևէ մեկը կամ երկուսը հանրապետությունում չլինեն: 

Ըստ օրենքի, երաշխավորները համապատասխան երաշխավորական նամակները ներկայացնելուց և գրավը մուծելուց զատ պետք է ներկա գտնվեն նիստին: Ու քանի որ երեկ չորսն էլ պատրաստ էին ներկայանալ դատին, Ալումյանը կասկածներ ունի, որ սա արվել է հենց նշյալ նպատակով: 

Ի դեպ, Ալումյանը երեկ ևս մեկ ուշագրավ կասկած հայտնեց: Խոսելով Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի առողջական վիճակի մասին՝ նա նշեց. «Ինձ մոտ շատ լուրջ հարց է առաջացել, որի պատասխանը ես փորձելու եմ գտնել, թե ոնց է պատահել, որ բացարձակապես առողջ մարդը հանկարծ այսպիսի առողջական վիճակում հայտնվեց»:
