Bbcont.ru-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ կան մի շարք խորհուրդներ, որոնց հետևելու դեպքում կարելի է խուսափել աշխատավայրում կոնֆլիկտների մեծ մասից:

1. Անմիջապես մի՛ ցուցադրեք ձեր բոլոր զգացմունքները: Հաճախ կարելի է խուսափել կոնֆլիկտից, եթե կարողանաք զսպել զգացմունքային բառերը կամ արարքները: Այդ ամենը պետք է անել սառը և սթափ գլխով:

2. Դադարե՛ք խաբել ինքներդ ձեզ: Երբեմն մենք ինքներս ենք հորինում խնդիրը, արձագանքում ենք դրանց, մեր ապրումները տարածում մյուսների վրա և առաջացնում կոնֆլիկտ: Դրա համար էլ երբեմն լավագույն եղանակը կոնֆլիկտի մասին զգուշացնելն է, ոչ թե նախապես այն հնարելը:

3. Որոշումների համար ընտրե՛ք հարմար ժամանակ: Նախքան կոնֆլիկտը լուծելու փորձ ձեռնարկելը՝ գնահատե՛ք հակամարտող կողմերի դրությունը: Հնարավոր է՝ ձեր ընդդիմախոսն այժմ ի վիճակի չէ ադեկվատ արձագանքել ձեր դժգոհություններին:

4. Մի՛ կենտրոնացեք քննության վրա, փնտրեք պատճառը: Եթե դուք կարող եք թափանցել խնդրի էության մեջ, գտնել դրա պատճառները, ապա հետագայում դուք ավելի հեշտ կարող եք կոնֆլիկտներից խուսափել աշխատավայրում, տանը և այլուր:

5. Վերապրե՛ք կոնկրետ պահը: Կոնֆլիկտային իրավիճակներում պետք չէ կառչել անցյալի փորձից, պետք է կենտրոնանալ ներկա պահի վրա, որը դուք վերապրում եք այստեղ ու հիմա:

6. Խնդիրները լուծե՛ք դրանց հայտնվելու հետ մեկտեղ: Եթե մշտապես կուտակեք վիրավորանքներ, չլուծեք վիճելի պահերը, ապա վաղ թե ուշ կհավաքվեն այնչափ խնդիրներ, որոնք ձեզ կճնշեն իրենց քաշով: Պետք չէ գործը հասցնել դրան:

7. Արտահայտվե՛ք վիրավորանքների մասին: Վիրավորանքը վրեժխնդրության պլաններ կառուցելու համար առիթ չէ: Եթե ցանկանում եք ապրել թեթև ու հանգիստ, ապա դուրս նետեք բոլոր ավելորդ զգացմունքները, որոնք մտահոգում են ձեզ:

8. Հրաժարվե՛ք վիրավորանքներից: Կոնֆլիկտային իրավիճակներում մենք երբեմն անցնում ենք անձնական վիրավորանքների: Դրանով մենք ի ցույց ենք դնում մեր ճշմարտացի չլինելն ու էլ ավելի ենք խորացնում կոնֆլիկտային իրավիճակը:

9. Վերահսկե՛ք տոնը: Անգամ ամենաանմեղ խոսքերը կարող են ասվել այնպիսի տոնով, որ զրուցակիցը վիրավորվի: Դրա համար էլ հետևեք նրան, թե ինչպես եք արտահայտում ձեր դժգոհությունները: Փորձե՛ք ձեզ դնել ձեր ընդդիմախոսի տեղը, նրա հետ խոսե՛ք այնպես, ինչպես կցանկանայիք, որ նա խոսեր ձեզ հետ:

10. Մի՛ դիմեք հիստերիկայի: Դա մանիպուլյացիայի ամենապարզ եղանակն է: Եթե դրա օգնությամբ ձեզ հաջողվի հարթել կոնֆլիկտը, ապա դա կլինի միայն ժամանակավորապես, քանի որ խնդրի էությունը կմնա չլուծված: Ինչի՞ է պետք այդ կրկեսը:
