Հետհամաճարակային աշխարհի դռները մի՛ կողպեք

Արտակարգ դրությունը մտցվել է պանդեմիայի դեմ պայքարի արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելու և օպտիմալ կառավարում ապահովելու համար։ Պարզ ասած՝ կազմակերպչական առկա ներուժով առավել արդյունքի հասնելու համար։ Սակայն երեկ արտակարգ դրության պահապանները թիրախ ընտրել են մամուլը, «Հրապարակից» և «Առավոտից» պահանջել են՝ հեռացնել, իրենց գնահատմամբ, խուճապ առաջացնող հրապարակումները։

Կեղծ է պնդումը, թե մարդկանց միավորում է աշխատանքը։ Չկա համախմբում՝ առանց հավատի, վստահության։ Մարդկանց միավորում է տեսլականը, նպատակը, ոչ թե համատեղ աշխատելու հաճույքը։ Գաղտնիք չէ, որ ինչ-որ նպատակի հասնելու պայքարում անհրաժեշտ է համատեղել ուժերը՝ միավորվել։ Պայքար հանունի կողքին կա նաև պայքար ինչ-որ բանի կամ ինչ-որ մեկի դեմ։ Վերը նշված դեպքում մտավախություն կա, որ ընդդեմը կարող է շեղվել հանունից և այլասերերել այն։
Վարչապետի երեկվա հեռուստատեսային հարցազրույցն ու կառավարության այսօրվա նիստում ներկայացված ռազմավարական նախաձեռնությունները հանունի պայքարի մասին էին։ Ւսկ ինչի՞ մասին էին երեկ, նույն այդ հարցազրույցից ժամեր առաջ նրան ենթակա մարմինների կողմից ԶԼՄ-ներին ներկայացված պահանջները։ Այդ ո՞ր նպատակին էին ծառայում դրանք։ Եթե բառացի հասկանանք, ապա կարելի է ենթադրել, որ մի դեպքում ուզում են՝ կալանավորների ծխախոտ ունենալ-չունենալու մասին չխոսվի, իսկ մյուս դեպքում՝ Ռուսաստանի վիճակագրական ազնվության։ Բայց դրանք կապ ունե՞ն ՀՀ իշխանությունների և հասարակության՝ պանդեմիայի դեմ վարած համատեղ պայքարի և ժողովրդի առողջության պահպանմանն ուղղված համատեղ միջոցառումների հետ։ Երկընտրանքը պարզ պիտի լինի՝ մենք ուզո՞ւմ ենք մերժել կորոնավիրուսը և հայտնվել կորոնավիրուսից առաջ գոյություն ունեցած աշխարհում, թե՞ հաղթել և ուժեղացած դուրս գալ, նոր դիրք ապահովելով մեզ համար։
Եթե ուզում ենք հետպանդեմիական աշխարհում տեղ ունենալ, ապա պետք է զգույշ լինել ոչ միայն ավելորդ խուճապ տարածելուց, այլև հակաքաղաքակրթական նախադեպեր սերմանելուց։ Չափավոր խուճապը զսպում է հասարակությանը և մղում սոցիալական պատասխանատվության։ Բայց պետք է գիտակցել, որ մամուլի ազատության նկատմամբ անհիմն ճնշումները կարող են հանգեցնել վատ սովորույթի արմատավորմանը։ Կարճ ասած՝ մի՛ կողպեք նոր աշխարհի դեռ չբացված դռները։
