Կորոնավիրուսի տարածումն աշխարհով մեկ բնականաբար իր բացասական հետքն է թողնելու մոլորակի վրա, աշխարհաքաղաքական ստատուսքվոն անկասկած փոխվելու է: Եվ այս առումով բոլոր այն պետությունները որոնք շատ ավելի ճկուն գտնվեցին, շատ ավելի օպերատիվ կերպով արձագանքեցին համաշխարհային այս աղետին, միանշանակ շահող են դուրս գալու: Հայաստանի դեպքում ամեն ինչ շատ ավելի լավ կարող էր դասավորվել, եթե իհարկե ժամանակին պատկան մարմիններն ականջալուր լինեին ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի խոհեմ հորդորներին, որոնք միտված էին կորոնավիրուսի կանխարգելման դեմ, հատկապես տնտեսական բլոկին առնչվող քայլերի ասպեկտից դիտարկված, որոնց մասին ԲՀԿ ղեկավարը դեռևս 2 ամիս առաջ էր խոսել և ասել էր, որ համաշխարահային տնտեսական ճգնաժամ է սպասվում, հարկովոր են քայլեր կատարել դրա պրոյեկցիան հայրենի տնտեսության վրա ավելի մեղմ ընդունելու համար: Ինչու ենք հենց Ծառուկյանի խոսքն այս պարագայում մեջբերում, որովհետև ԲՀԿ ղեկավարն առաջինն էր ով խոսեց այդ մասին և դեռ այն ժամանակ վիրուսը դեռ այդ աստիճան չէր տարածվել: Ծառուկյանը շատ կշռադատված կերպով էր մոտենում խնդրին և դեռևս մարտի 3-ին ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ ասաց, որ վտանգավոր համարվող երկրներից Հայաստան ժամանած ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին ոչ թե պետք էր մեկուսացնել կամ ինքնամեկուսացման հորդոր անել, այլ հարկավոր էր 2 շաբաթով կարանտինում պահել, քանի որ վիրուսի ինկուբացիոն շրջանը 2 շաբաթ է: Փոխանակ այս ամենին լուրջ վերաբերվեին, նորից ինչ-որ անիմաստ արդարացումներով փորձեցին Ծառուկյանի ասածները թերագնահատել և ամեն անգամ երբ նման կերպով են արձագանքում ԲՀԿ ղեկավարի խոսքերին, հայտնվում են կոտրված տաշտակի առաջ:
