Շատ կանայք լվանում են մազերն ավելի հաճախակի, քան պետք է․ ահա, թե ինչ են ասում մասնագետները յուղոտ մազեր ունեցող մարդկանց համար

Լինում է այնպես, որ անգամ մազերի հաճախակի լվանալուց հետո, կամ խնամելուց հետո այն արագ է կեղտոտվում։ Մեր օրերում լինում է այնպես, որ մազերը հաճախակի լվանալու ժամանակ չի լինում և իհարկե շամպունի և քլորոտ ջրի հետ մազերի հաճախակի շփումը այդքան էլ օգտակար չէ։

 

Շատ աղջիկներ բախվում են այդ հարցի հետ՝  ի՞նչն է ազդում մազերի կեղտոտվելու վրա և ի՞նչ հաճախականությամբ այն պետք է լվացվի։

 

 

Այսպիսով, ի՞նչն է բերում մազերի հաճախակի կեղտոտման

 

Յուղոտ մակերևույթ

 

Մազերի կեղտոտ տեսքին նպաստում է յուղոտ գլխամաշկը։

 

 

Իր հերթին գլխամաշկի յուղոտությունը կախված է այլ շատ գործոններից:

 

  • տարիք (երիտասարդ մարդկանց մոտ մաշկի յողուտվածությունը ավելի մեծ քանակությամբ է)
  • սեռը (տղամարիկ ավելի շատ են հակված յուղոտ մաշկի)
  • տարվա եղանակը (տաք եղանակաին մաշկի յուղը ավելանում է)
  • հորմոնալ ֆոնը և հիվանդույթունների առկայությունը (հակաբորբոքային դեղահաբերի օգտագործումը, այլ շատ դեղեր վատ ազդեցություն են ունենում մազերի վրա)
  • սննդակարգը (յուղոտ ուտեսները, ալկոհոլը, շատ ածխաջրեր պարունակող մթերքները հանգեցնում են մազերի յուղոտվածության)
  • ժառանգականությամբ փոխանցված մաշկի յուղոտվածությունը

 

Ի՞նչ պետք է անել, որպեսզի երկարացնել մազերի թարմությունը և ինչ հաճախականությամբ կարելի է և պետք է լվանալ մազերը։

 

1. Ընտրեք ճիշտ շամպուն և հաճախակի լվացեք մազերը։ Տղամարդկանց դեպքում պետք է լվանալ օրը մեջ, կամ ամեն օր։ Կանանց մոտ 2-3 օրը մեկ, պետք եղած ժամանակ՝ ամեն օր

 

 

2. Եթե դուք լվանում եք գլուխը հաճախակի, ապա պետք է նախապատվությունը տաք ավելի քիչ ագրեսիվ շամպունների։ Մի օգտագործեք յուղոտ մազերի համար նախատեսված շամպունը ամեն օր, քանի որ դա կարող է հանգեցնել գլխամաշկի չորացմանը, որը վատ հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ։

 

3. Եթե դուք չունեք հնարավորություն գլուխը հաճախ լվանալու, սակայն ձեզ անհանգստացնում է յուղոտ մազերը, օգտագործեք շամպուն, որը քչացնում է մաշկի յուղոտվածությունը, դրանց վրա հիմնականում ռուսերեն տառերով գրված է լինում «себорегулирующие»։

 

 

4. Եթե մազերը լվանալուց առաջ գլուխը բավականին յուղոտ է, օգտագործեք մեք քանակությամբ շամպուն, կամ լվացեք գլուխը 2 անգամ՝ թողնելով փրփուրը գլխին 1-2 րոպե։ Չոր մազերի համար բավական է ոչ այդքան շատ քանակությամբ շամպունը՝ ոչ շարունակական լվացման համար։

 

5. Նույնիսկ եթե դուք ունեք չոր մազեր, որոնք երկար ժամանակ չեն յուղոտվում, միևնույն է խորհուրդ ենք տալիս ձեզ լվանալ գլուխը շաբաթական 1-2 անգամ, արտաքին կեղտը մաքրելու համար։ Սակայն օգտագործեք դրա համար մաքսիմալ նուրբ շամպուն։
