Հաղորդումների,ահազանգերի և հրապարակումների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն՝ 24.03.2020թ. դրությամբ .ԱՀ դատախազություն

31.03.2020թ. նախատեսված ԱՀ համապետական ընտրությունների նախընտրական քարոզարշավի ընթացքում, ընտրության և դրան հաջորդող օրերին զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցների մշտադիտարկում անցկացնելու, հնարավոր ընտրական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ հրապարակումները, ընտրական գործընթացներին ներգրավված սուբյեկտների դիմումները, հաղորդումներն ու ահազանգերը գրանցելու, հաշվառելու և հնարավոր սեղմ ժամկետում դրանց քննարկումը կազմակերպելու նպատակով, ԱՀ գլխավոր դատախազի պաշտոնակատարի հրամանով ստեղծված աշխատանքային խմբի և ԱՀ ոստիկանության կողմից 26.02.2020թ.-ից մինչև 24.03.2020թ. ընկած ժամանակահատվածում գրանցվել և ընթացքավորվել է առերևույթ հանցագործության հատկանիշների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն պարունակող թվով 10 հրապարակում, որից 5-ը գտնվում է քննարկման փուլում, 1-ում նշված՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործության վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը ստուգմամբ հերքվել է, իսկ 4 հրապարակման շուրջ կատարված ստուգման արդյունքում որոշում է կայացվել արդարացման հիմքով քրեական գործ հարուցելը մերժելու մասին:
Ֆիզիկական անձանց կողմից ներկայացվել է 5 դիմում, որից 2-ի շուրջ նախապատրաստված նյութերն ուղարկվել են տարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովներ ենթադրյալ վարչական իրավախախտում կատարած անձանց նկատմամբ վարչական վարույթ հարուցելու հարցը քննարկելու համար, 1-ով դիմումում նշված տեղեկությունները չեն հաստատվել, իսկ 2-ը գտնվում է ստուգման փուլում:
Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորման Ստեփանակերտի գրասենյակի կողմից ԱՀ դատախազություն է ներկայացվել 3 հաղորդում, որից 2-ը գտնվում է քննության փուլում, իսկ 1-ը կցվել է հաղորդման մեջ ներկայացված՝ նույն դեպքի կապակցությամբ իրականացվող ստուգման նյութերին:
ԱՀ մի շարք համայնքներում քարոզչական պաստառներ փակցնելու՝ ԱՀ ընտրական օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգի խախտումների վերաբերյալ դատախազության թեժ գծի կարճ՝ 9901 հեռախոսահամարին քաղաքացու կողմից կատարված ահազանգի վերաբերյալ արձանագրությունն ուղարկվել է համապատասխան համայնքների ղեկավարներին և կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովին՝ ահազանգում հնչեցված խնդիրը ուսումնասիրելու և անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու համար:
Այսպիսով, 26.02.2020-24.03.2020թթ. ընկած ժամանակահատվածում զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցներով հրապարակման, դիմումի և ահազանգի հիման վրա ԱՀ իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից քննության է առնվել հանցագործության և այլ իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ ընդհանուր 19 հաղորդում, որից 4-ով որոշում է կայացվել արդարացման հիմքով քրեական գործ հարուցելը մերժելու մասին, 2-ով հաղորդման մեջ նշված տեղեկությունը չեն հաստատվել, 2-ի շուրջ նախապատրաստված նյութերն ուղարկվել են տարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովներ ենթադրյալ վարչական իրավախախտում կատարած անձանց նկատմամբ վարչական վարույթ հարուցելու հարցը քննարկելու համար, 1-ը կցվել է հաղորդման մեջ ներկայացված նույն դեպքի կապակցությամբ իրականացվող ստուգման նյութերին, 1-ն ուղարկվել է տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմնիններին, իսկ 9-ը գտնվում է քննարկման փուլում:
