Վարկառուների վերաբերյալ Գ.Ծառուկյանի առաջարկած գլոբալ մոտեցման դեպքում հնարավոր կլիներ խոսափել մի շարք խնդիրներից

Ներկայումս բազում մարդկանց հետաքրքրում է այն հարցը, թե ինչպես են մուծելու և կատարելու իրենց վարկային պարտավորությունները: Իհարկե լավ կլիներ, որպեսզի մշակվեր և հանրությանը ներկայացվեր վարկերի կարգավորման գլոբալ մոտեցում, որի մասին վերջրես լրագրողների հետ ճապազրույցում խոսել է ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը:
Բավական ծախսատար և ժամանակատար է ցանկացած վարկային հարց թողնել, որպեսզի այն լուծվի՝ բանկ/վարկային կազմակերպություն և ֆիզիկական անձ/իրավաբանական անձ մակարդակներում: Հայաստանում կա 1,650,000 վարկառու և եթե անհատապես մոտենան խնդրի լուծմանը ապա պատկերացնում եք թե քանի ամիս կտևի այդ մարդկանց սպասարկումը, դիցուկ ամեն մեկին 10 րոպե սպասարկեն, այսինքն 1 ժամում 6 մարդ, քանի ամիս կպահանջվի, որ բոլոր վարկառուներին անհատական մոտեցում ցույց տան, ծիծաղելի է սա առնվազն: Ցանակացած հարց էլ պետք է լուծվի պետական մակարդակում, որպեսզի ամեն ինչ կարգավորվի օրնքով և զերծ մնան մարդիկ ինչ որ անորոշ վիճակներից: Այս ամենի մասին խոսել է ԲՀԿ նախագահը և գլոբալ մոտեցումներից մեկը մատնանշել է վարկերի սառեցումըմ օրինակ՝ 3 ամսով: Եվ իրոք սա այն լավ միջակայքն էր, որով հնարավորություն կտրվեր մարդկանց հոգալ իրենց առօրյա կենցաղային ծախսերը և զերծ մնալ հավելյալ ֆինանսական ծախսերից, որը այս օրերին բավական բարդ է:
Միայն օրենքով կարգավորվելու դեպքում էր հնարավոր զերծ մնալ այն բարդություններից , որոնք այժմ ստեղծվել են: Քանի որ չնայած նրան, որ որոշ բանկեր հետաձգեցին վարկերի մարումը, բայց կան վարկային ծառայություններ որոնք ոչ միայն հաշվի չեն առնում այն, որ արտակարգ դրություն է, այլև պահանջում են, որպեսզի իրենց հաճախորդները կատարեն վարկային պարտավորությունները: Այս ամենից զերծ մնալու համար էլ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը կոչ էր անում ընդունել գլոբալ մոտեցում, որը կիրառելի կլիներ ցանկացած վարկի կատարման համար:
