Արտակարգ դրության ընթացքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պարետ, փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի № Ց/32-2020 ցուցումով սահմանվել են բանկ այցելելու և որոշ սոցիալական ծառայությունների համար դիմելու նոր ժամկետներ։ 

 

Ինչպես տեղեկացանք ՀՀ կառավարության կայքից, պարետի ցուցման մեջ նշված է.

 

«Ղեկավարվելով «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում արտակարգ դրություն հայտարարելու մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2020 թ․ մարտի 16-ի N 298-Ն որոշմամբ՝

 

  1. Բանկ ներկայանալու ժամկետը 2020 թվականի մարտ և ապրիլ ամիսներին լրանալու դեպքում 2020 թվականի մարտի 31-ի դրությամբ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գտնվող կենսաթոշակառուի (նպաստառուի) համար այդ ժամկետը սահմանել 2020 թվականի մայիսի 27-ը. 

 

  1. Կենսաթոշակ, խնամքի, երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ և չաշխատող անձի մայրության նպաստ նշանակելու, կենսաթոշակ և խնամքի նպաստ ստանալու իրավունքը վերականգնելու, վճարելը վերսկսելու (չվճարված կենսաթոշակը կամ խնամքի նպաստը վճարելու), կենսաթոշակ և խնամքի նպաստը լիազորագրով վճարելու, կենսաթոշակը վերահաշվարկելու, տեսակը փոխելու դիմումը ներկայացնելու ժամկետը 2020 թվականի մարտ և ապրիլ ամիսներին լրանալու դեպքում այդ դիմումը ներկայացնելու ժամկետը սահմանել 2020 թվականի մայիսի 27-ը. 

 

  1. Հաշմանդամության ժամկետը 2020 թվականի մարտ և ապրիլ ամիսներին լրանալու դեպքում հաշմանդամության ժամկետը սահմանել 2020 թվականի հունիսի 1-ը. 

 

  1. Ընտանիքի փաստագրման ժամկետը 2020 թվականի մարտ և ապրիլ ամիսներին լրանալու դեպքում դիմելու (փաստագրվելու) ժամկետը սահմանել 2020 թվականի մայիսի 27-ը. 

 

  1. 2020 թվականի մարտ և ապրիլ ամիսներին կենսաթոշակները և նպաստները կանխիկ եղանակով վճարել (վճարման ծառայությունները մատուցել) բացառապես շահառուի բնակության վայրի հասցեում․

  1. Բանկերին տեղեկացնել սույն ցուցումի 1-ին կետի մասին՝ ապահովելով նաև բանկերի կողմից կարճ հաղորդագրության (sms հաղորդագրությունների) միջոցով կենսաթոշակառուների իրազեկումը բանկ ներկայանալու նոր՝ երկարաձգված ժամկետի մասին։

  1. Սույն ցուցումի մասին տեղեկացնել կենսաթոշակ և նպաստ նշանակող մարմիններին՝ միջոցներ ձեռնարկելով 2020 թվականի մարտ և ապրիլ ամիսների կենսաթոշակների և նպաստների վճարման անխափան ընթացքն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ»:
