Նախ՝ օրինակ է պետք ծառայել, հետո՝ կազմակերպված ու համակարգված աշխատել
POLITICSԵրեկ հայտարարվեց նոր խստացումների մասին, փակվեցին տասնյակ հազարավոր կազմակերպություններ: Ճիշտ է՝ ոչ պաշտոնապես, սակայն այսօրվանից գործում է յուրօրինակ «պարետային ժամի» ռեժիմ: Իրավիճակի լրջության մասին է խոսում նաև այն, որ երեկ ժողովրդին ուղերձով դիմեց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Ոչ թե «լայվով», այլ ուղերձով: Խստացումները երևի թե անհրաժեշտություն են: Ուշացած, թե ոչ, այլ խոսակցության նյութ է: Սակայն շատ կարևոր է ընդհանրապես իշխանությունների գործունեությունը հենց խուճապի կամ պարզապես օրինակ լինելու տեսակետից: Օրինակ՝ երբ վարչապետը կամ առողջապահության նախարարը ուղիղ եթեր են մտնում կեսգիշերին, դրանով մեղմո՞ւմ են խուճապը, թե՞ ավելի են ուժեղացնում:
Առավել ևս, երբ կեսգիշերային «լայվի» ժամանակ ոչ թե դրական իմպուլսներ ես հաղորդում, բացի «բոլորիդ սիրում եմ, բայց չեմ համբուրում, որովհետև չի կարելի»-ից, այլ անորոշությունն ավելի ես խորացնում:
Կամ, երբ մի պաշտոնյա ասում է, թե «երբ ամբողջ ժողովուրդը վարակվի, պետությունը չի կարող բոլորին բուժել», սթափությո՞ւն է հաղորդում, թե՞ խուճապ: Մյուս կողմից, հասարակության համար անհասկանալի են այն անհամաձայնությունները, որոնք կան իշխանավորների հայտարարությունների ու գործողությունների մեջ:
Օրինակները չնշենք, վերջին մի քանի օրերին մամուլն ու սոցցանցերը այդ օրինակներով լի են: Եվ ընդհանրապես, հասարակությանը կոնկրետ օրինակներ են պետք, նաև՝ կազմակերպված ու համակարգված աշխատանք, ու հնարավորինս՝ քիչ «լայվեր»:
