Կենսաթոշակների և նպաստների հետ կապված ժամկետները երկարաձգվել են. ՍԱԾ տարածքային բաժիններ այցելելու կարիք չկա

Առաջնորդվելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պարետի 24.03.2020 թ.-ի N Ց/32 ցուցումով՝ Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունը ևս մեկ անգամ հորդորում է բոլոր քաղաքացիներին մինչև 2020 թ.-ի մարտի 31-ը զերծ մնալ Սոցիալական ապահովության ծառայության տարածքային բաժիններ, այդ թվում՝ համալիր սոցիալական ծառայությունների տարածքային կենտրոններ այցելելուց:
Միևնույն ժամանակ հիշեցնում ենք, որ ապրիլ ամսվա կենսաթոշակների և նպաստների վճարումը հանրապետությունում կիրականացվի առանց ուշացումների, անխափան ընթացքով: Ընդ որում՝ կենսաթոշակները և նպաստները կանխիկ եղանակով վճարվելու են բացառապես շահառուի հասցեում:
Նշենք նաև, որ կենսաթոշակների և նպաստների իրավունքի վերականգնման, վերանշանակման, վերահաշվարկի կամ տեսակի փոփոխման ժամկետներում տեղի են ունեցել մի շարք փոփոխություններ, որոնց արդյունքում քաղաքացիները ստիպված չեն լինի արտակարգ դրության պայմաններում Սոցիալական ապահովության ծառայության տարածքային բաժիններ այցելել:
Այսպիսով՝ Կենսաթոշակ կամ նպաստ նշանակելու, կենսաթոշակ կամ խնամքի նպաստ ստանալու իրավունքը վերականգնելու, վճարելը վերսկսելու (չվճարված կենսաթոշակը կամ խնամքի նպաստը վճարելու), կենսաթոշակի և խնամքի նպաստը լիազորագրով վճարելու, կենսաթոշակը վերահաշվարկելու, տեսակը փոխելու դիմումը ներկայացնելու ժամկետը 2020 թ.-ի մարտ և ապրիլ ամիսներին լրանալու դեպքում՝ նոր դիմումը կարող եք ներկայացնել մինչև 2020 թ.-ի մայիսի 27-ը:
Եթե հաշմանդամության սահմանման ժամկետը լրանում է 2020 թ.-ի մարտ և ապրիլ ամիսներին, այն կերկարաձգվի մինչև 2020 թ.-ի հունիսի 1-ը:
Ընտանիքների անապահովության գնահատման համակարգում գրանցված բոլոր ընտանիքները, որոնց փաստագրման ժամկետը լրանում է 2020 թ.-ի մարտ և ապրիլ ամիսներին, կարող են փաստագրվել մինչև 2020 թ.-ի մայիսի 27-ը: Մինչ այդ օրը նպաստի վճարումը չի դադարեցվի՝ փաստագրման ուշացման հիմքով:
Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ առանձին ծրագրերով կարող եք դիմում ուղարկել ԱՌՑԱՆՑ եղականով (հղումը), մասնավորապես՝ երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստի, մինչև 2 տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի նպաստի, թաղման միանվագ նպաստի դիմումներ:
