ՄԻՊ-ը թեժ գծին ստացել է շուրջ 200 հեռախոսազանգ
SOCIETYՄարդու իրավունքների աշխատակազմը մարտի 27-ի ժամը 16։30-ի դրությամբ՝ թեժ գծին ստացել է շուրջ 200 հեռախոսազանգ: «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում այս մասին գրել է Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը։
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը խնդրում է քաղաքացիներին խնդիրների վերաբերյալ գրել նաև [email protected] էլեկտրոնային հասցեով կամ կապ հաստատել WhatsApp և Viber համակարգերի միջոցով։
«Թեժ գծի 116 և 096-116-100 հեռախոսահամարները կարող են միաժամանակ սպասարկել 3 զանգ: Զանգահարելով նույն պահին չորրորդ անձը չի կարողանում կապվել մեր աշխատակցի հետ միանգամից: Այդ դեպքում խնդրում ենք ձեր խնդիրը գրել [email protected] էլեկտրոնային հասցեին կամ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի պաշտոնական ֆեյսբուքյան էջին: Կա նաև WhatsApp և Viber համակարգերի հնարավորություն։ Այս օրերին մեզ ուղղվող դիմումների, բողոքների ու հարցումների թիվը էականորեն գերազանցում է սովորական պայմաններում դրանց քանակը:
Աշխատանքն ավելի բարդ է, շուրջօրյա է, ուղեկցվում է դժվարություններով, քանի որ ոչ բոլոր աշխատողներն են ֆիզիկապես ներկա: Զանգերը սովորականից ավելի շատ են և պահանջում են արագ արձագանք: Խնդրում եմ ըմբռնումով մոտենալ»,- գրել է Թաթոյանը։
ՀՀ կառավարությունը Հայաստանում արտակարգ դրություն է հայտարարել: Արտակարգ դրությունը գործում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ամբողջ տարածքում 2020 թվականի մարտի 16-ից, ժամը 18:30-ից սկսած մինչև 2020 թվականի ապրիլի 14-ը, ժամը 17:00-ն: Մարտի 24-ի ժամը 23:59-ից մինչև մարտի 31-ը, ժամը 23:59-ն ՀՀ ամբողջ տարածքում սահմանափակված է մարդկանց ազատ տեղաշարժվելու իրավունքը: Հայաստանում մարտի 27-ի՝ ժամը 10:00-ի դրությամբ կորոնավիրուսի հաստատված դեպքերի ընդհանուր թիվը 329 է: Կորոնավիրուսից ապաքինվել է 28 քաղաքացի: Մարտի 26-ին մեկ քաղաքացի մահացել է:
