SOCIETYՄեր երիտասարդների համար իսկապես լուրջ խնդիր է ընտանիք ստեղծելու հարցը: Այս մասին այսօր` մարտի 28-ին, ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերով ասաց Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի թեկնածու, Արցախի Ժողովրդական կուսակցության նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը:
«Մեր երիտասարդների համար իսկապես լուրջ խնդիր է ընտանիք ստեղծելու հարցը: Շատերի համար դա կապված է նյութական հնարավորությունների հետ, կապված է զբաղվածության խնդրի հետ, բնակարանային խնդրի հետ եւ մեզ համար ակնհայտ է, որ մեր գյուղերում, մեր բոլոր համայնքներում եւ Ստեփանակերտում, շրջկենտրոններում մեր երիտասարդներիմեծ մասը չի անում այն համարձակ քայլը ամուսնանանլու, նաեւ հաշվի առնելով, որ առայժմ իր կյանքում այս կարեւոր հարցը: Բայց մի բան եմ ուզում խորհուրդ տալ այսպես ընկերական, բարեկամական: Երբեք էլ այս հարցերը հիմնովին լուծված չեն եղել: Ես ուզում եմ իմ սերնդի օրինակից բերեմ` եթե մենք այս հարցում ռոմանտիկա չունենանք եւ չգնանք համարձակ քայլերի, միշտ էլ մտածելու ենք` արդյոք արժե, արդյոք մենք կարող ենք, մենք պատրաստ ենք: Ուզում եմ որպեսզի բոլորս հավատանք, որ մենք պատրաստ ենք, մենք կարող ենք եւ շատ կարեւոր է, որ այն բոլոր գեղեցիկ ծրագրերը, այն բոլոր հեռանկարային թեմաները որի մասին մենք խոսում ենք` կապված է մեր երկրում երիտասարդ ընտանիքների առաջացման հետ»,-ասաց նա:
Նրա խոսքով` պետք է հիմնովին վերանայվի երիտասարդ ընտանքիներին աջակցելու ծրագրերը:
«Խորհուրդ եմ տալիս` անպայման գնալ համարձակ քայլերի, եւ չնայլ որ մենք այս կամ այն հարցը դեռեւս չենք լուծել: Բայց մենք պետք է ունենանք մտքում, որ պետությունը հաջորդ տարիներին ավելի գործուն եւ իրատեսական ծրագրեր առաջարկել երիտասարդ ընտանիքներին»,- հավելեց նա»;
Հիշեցնենք, որ Արցախում մարտի 31-ին տեղի կունենան համապետական ընտրություններ:
