Ծրագիրը քաշելիս հավելվածը պահանջում է անմիջապես հեռախոսահամարի գրանցում, ինչը արդեն իսկ նորմալ չէ, որովհետեւ անձնական հեռախոսահամարը մարդու անձնական տվյալ է հանդիսանում, եթե մարդը տվյալ հեռախոսահամարը չի տրամադրում, քայլերի հերթականությամբ առաջ գնալ չի կարող։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ մարտի 30-ին, ԱԺ-ում ասաց ԱԺ Լուսավոր Հայաստան խմբակցության պատգամավոր Աննա Կոստանյանը՝ անդրադառնալով «Էլեկտրոնային հաղորդակցության մասին» օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին հարցին։
«Բոլորովին պարզ չէ, թե ո՞ւմ է հետաքրքիր եւ Կառավարության ինչի՞ն է պետք, թե ում եմ ես զանգահարել, որովհետեւ, օրինակ՝ ես որպես պատգամավոր, հնարավոր է լինեմ վիրուսակիր, սակայն մեկ օրվա ընթացքում խոսել եմ 125 ՀՀ քաղաքացիների հետ, ինչպե՞ս եք պարզելու, թե այդ քաղաքացիներից որի հետ եմ կոնտակտի դուրս եկել, այն դեպքում, երբ ես այդ մարդկանց չեմ ճանաչում»,- ասաց Կոստանյանը։
Պատգամավորը դիտարկեց, որ հավելվածը նաեւ որոշակի հնարավորություն է պահանջում, որը թույլ կտա վերահսկել նաեւ հեռախոսում տեղակայված աուդիո եւ վիդեո որոշակի ինֆորմացիաներին, որը, ըստ Կոստանյանի՝ անթույլատրելի է։
«Ասում եք՝ կան քաղաքացիներ, որոնք չունեն սմարթֆոններ, հնարավոր է, որ նրանց սմարթֆոններ տրամադրենք, կարո՞ղ եք տրամադրել ինֆորմացիա, թե ինչպե՞ս եք իմանալու, թե ովքեր չունեն սմարթֆոններ, եւ այդ քանակի սմարթֆոններ որտեղի՞ց եւ ի՞նչ կազմակերպության միջոցով եք տրամադրելու։ Եթե կորոնավիրուսը վերաջացավ, այդ սմարթֆոնների հետ ի՞նչ է լինելու։ Եթե ես որպես ՀՀ քաղաքացի հրաժարվում եմ վերցնել ձեր կողմից տրամադրված սմարթֆոնները, ապա ինձ ինչ է սպառնում»։
