SOCIETY2020 թվականի մարտի 24-ին ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 19:30-ի սահմաններում, Վանաձոր քաղաքի Ներսիսյան և Առափնյա փողոցների խաչմերուկում նույն քաղաքի երկու բնակիչների ուղղությամբ կրակոցներ են արձակվել, որի ժամանակ նրանցից մեկին պատճառվել են որովայնի առաջնային պատի և ձախ թևի, իսկ մյուսին՝ կրծքավանդակի հետին մասի հրազենային վնասվածքներ:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի (սպանության փորձ) 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և 235-րդ հոդվածի (ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ կրելը) 1-ին մասով:
Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը նույնպես Վանաձոր քաղաքի բնակիչ է, ով վիճաբանության ընթացքում, իր կողմից մինչ այդ ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք բերված հրազենից, ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, կրակոցներ է արձակել երկու համաքաղաքացիների ուղղությամբ, իսկ ինքն ավտոմեքենայով դիմել փախուստի:
Կատարվել են անհետաձգելի քննչական և այլ դատավարական գործողություններ, այդ թվում՝ դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ժամանակ հայտնաբերվել են կրակված պարկուճներ, գնդակներ:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ որոշում է կայացվել՝ վերջինիս ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի մասի 1-ին և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին: Նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում, և միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու մասին:
