BLOGՀՀ ԱԱԾ նախկին պետ Արթուր Վանեցյանն Ինստագրամի իր էջում գրում է. «Վաղը մեր հայրենիքի մի հատվածում` Արցախի Հանրապետությունում նախագահական և խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ են։ Արցախցին ձևավորելու է իշխանություն, որը պիտի շարունակի բարձրացնել երկրի անվտանգության մակարդակը և նոր հեռանկարներ, բացի տնտեսական առաջընթացի ու քաղաքացիների բարեկեցության համար։
Ես կոչ չեմ անի ձայն տալ այս կամ այն թեկնածուին կամ քաղաքական ուժին, թեև շատերին ճանաչում եմ անձամբ և շատերի հանդեպ ունեմ հարգանքի մեծ զգացում։ Բայց կարևոր եմ համարում անդրադառնալ այս ընտրությունների մի շարք առանձնահատկություններին:
Նախ. արցախյան ընտրություններն անցնում են ողջ մոլորակի համար բարդագույն շրջանում։ Կոչ եմ անում՝ ընտրատեղամասերում ապահովել անվտանգության, սանիտարական զգուշության առավելագույն մակարդակ՝ ընտրական գործընթացի մասնակիցների առողջությունը չվտանգելու համար։
Եվ երկրորդը. ես դիմում եմ բոլոր թեկնածուներին, բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերին, արցախցիներին.
Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ,
Ողջ քարոզարշավը հիմնականում անցավ ծրագրային բանավեճի, քաղաքական կոռեկտության, փոխադարձ հարգանքի մթնոլորտում։ Իմ կոչն է, խնդրանքն է՝ շարունակել պահպանել փոխադարձ հարգանքը, ոչ մի դեպքում թույլ չտալ ներքին պառակտում և թշնամանք անկախ ընտրությունների արդյունքից։
Թշնամու երազանքն է՝ Արցախում տեսնել պառակտում և անկայունություն։ Վստահ եմ՝ եթե ինքներս այդ նվերը չանենք հակառակորդին, նա մեզ հաղթելու որևէ տարբերակ չունի։
Իշխանությունները, ընտրություններն անցողիկ են, փոփոխվող։ Պետության շահն է անփոփոխ։ Մենք պատասխանատու ենք նաև գալիք սերունդների առաջ։
Ակնհայտ է՝ Արցախի հաջորդ նախագահը պետք է գնա լայն կոնսոլիդացիայի և Արցախի բոլոր կարող ուժերը համախմբելու ճանապարհով։ Սա այն պատմական պահանջն է, որ դրված է Արցախի հաջորդ իշխանությունների առջև։
Սիրելի՛ արցախցիներ
Ձեր ընտրությանը հետևելու են թե՛ Հայաստանում, թե՛ սփյուռքում, թե՛ աշխարհում։ Բոլորը, վստահաբար, հարգելու են ձեր ազատ ընտրությունը։ Վստահ եմ, որ Արցախը, Հայաստանը, սփյուռքը միասնաբար ի վիճակի են հաղթահարելու բոլոր մարտահրավերները։ Մեր աչքի առաջ աշխարհը փոխվում է. հիմա խիզախ գաղափարների, գրագետ ծրագրերի և միասնական աշխատանքի փուլն է։ Այս վերափոխվող իրականության մեջ Արցախը հաստատապես կգտնի իր տեղը՝ դառնալով ավելի կայուն, զարգացող, դինամիկ երկիր, ունակ՝ պաշտպանելու իր անվտանգությունը և իր շահերը ցանկացած մարտահրավերի պարագայում։
