Պարետ Ավինյանն ապրիլի կեսերից-մայիսի սկզբից բնականոն կյանքին վերադառնալու հույս հայտնեց
SOCIETYԿորոնավիրուսի տարածման դեմ պայքարի ռազմավարության շրջանակում ներկա փուլում նախատեսվում է ամենախիստ սահմանափակումների շրջանը, որը նախնական տևելու է մինչև ապրիլի 14-ը։ Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, մարտի 31-ին մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ, արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմի պարետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը՝ ներկայացնելով պարետատան ռազմավարությունը։
«Այս ընթացքում տեղորոշման աշխատանքների հետ զուգահեռ իրականացնելու ենք ազատ տեղաշարժի հնարավոր բոլոր սահմանափակումները, տնտեսական գործունեության սահմանափակումները, պարտադրելու ենք տնտեսվարողներին անվտանգության և սանիտարահամաճարակային կանոնների պահպանումը, ավելացնելու ենք վերահսկողության մեխանիզմները և կիրառելու ենք տարբեր տույժեր և տուգանքներ»,- ընդգծեց Ավինյանը։
Ըստ արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմի պարետի՝ հաջորդ փուլը նախատեսվում է ապրիլի 14-ից հետո։ Ավինյանը հուսով է, որ այդ ընթացքում կկարողանան զարգացնել այնպիսի գործիքներ, որոնք թույլ կտան արդյունավետ կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումներ իրականացնել։
«Այդ գործիքները արդեն առկա են, և սպասում ենք օրենքի նախագծի ընդունմանը, որպեսզի կարողանանք արդյունավետ հայտնաբերել հավանական անձանց շրջանակը, ովքեր ունեցել են շփում վարակակրի հետ և հետևենք ինքնամեկուսացման կանոնների խստագույն պահպանմանը»,- ասաց փոխվարչապետը։
Արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմի պարետը հույս հայտնեց, որ ապրիլի կեսերից-մայիսի սկզբից Հայաստանն ամբողջապես վերադառնալու է բնականոն կյանքին, եթե կորոնավիրուսի տարածման շղթաների կանխարգելման և անձանց մեկուսացման աշխատանքները կարողանան կատարյալ իրականացնել։
