Հայաստանի Հանրապետության փոխվարչապետ, արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմի պարետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը նոր որոշում է ընդունել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում կիրառվող սահմանափակումների վերաբերյալ։

 

 

 

Որոշման մեջ նշվում է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում սահմանափակվում է մարդկանց ազատ տեղաշարժվելու իրավունքը և սահմանվում է անձանց պարտադիր ինքնամեկուսացում իրենց մշտական բնակության կամ իրենց նախընտրությամբ մեկ այլ վայրում՝ այլ անձանց հետ անմիջական շփումը սահմանափակելու և վարակի տարածումը կանխելու նպատակով: Անձի կողմից ընտրված ինքնամեկուսացման վայրը չի կարող փոփոխվել մինչև սույն որոշմամբ սահմանված ժամկետի ավարտը։

 

Համաձայն որոշման՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մարզերի և մարզերի ու Երևանի վարչական սահմանների միջև սահմանափակվում է բնակչության ազատ տեղաշարժը։

 

Հատուկ ռեժիմի իրականացումն ապահովելու նպատակով ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության և ՀՀ ոստիկանության կողմից սահմանված վայրերում մինչև 2020 թվականի ապրիլի 1-ը ժամը 14:00 տեղադրվում են հատուկ անցակետեր՝ անձանց ու տրանսպորտային միջոցների շարժը վերահսկելու նպատակով:

 

Որոշման համաձայն՝ սահմանված ժամկետներում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում կիրառվում են տնտեսական գործունեության տեսակների նկատմամբ ժամանակավոր սահմանափակումներ։

 

Որոշումն ուժի մեջ է մտնում 2020 թվականի ապրիլի1-ին՝ ժամը 00։01-ին և գործում է մինչև 2020 թվականի ապրիլի 12-ը ժամը 23:59-ը:
