Ամենօրյա լոգանքը մարդուն զրկում է օգտակար բակտերիաների պաշտպանիչ շերտից, որոնք պաշտպանում են տարատեսակ ինֆեկցիաներից: Լոգանք պետք է ընդունել շաբաթվա ընթացքում 2 անգամից ոչ ավել: Ժամերով լոգանք ընդունելը վնասակար է: Լոգանք ընդունելը պետք է տևի 20 րոպեից ոչ ավել: Ջուրը հանդիսանում է գրգռիչ, և ջրի տակ երկար մնալու հետևանքով մաշկը դառնում է ավելի չոր և կորցնում է էլաստիկությունը: Մասնագետները հաստատում են, որ ճարպագեղձերի արտազատուկը խոնավեցնում է մաշկը, իսկ ջուրն այն լվանում է:
