Ամենօրյա լոգանքը մարդուն զրկում է օգտակար բակտերիաների պաշտպանիչ շերտից, որոնք պաշտպանում են տարատեսակ ինֆեկցիաներից: Լոգանք պետք է ընդունել շաբաթվա ընթացքում 2 անգամից ոչ ավել: Ժամերով լոգանք ընդունելը վնասակար է: Լոգանք ընդունելը պետք է տևի 20 րոպեից ոչ ավել: Ջուրը հանդիսանում է գրգռիչ, և ջրի տակ երկար մնալու հետևանքով մաշկը դառնում է ավելի չոր և կորցնում է էլաստիկությունը: Մասնագետները հաստատում են, որ ճարպագեղձերի արտազատուկը խոնավեցնում է մաշկը, իսկ ջուրն այն լվանում է:
Օճառի և մարմնի գելերի օգտագործումը
Մասնագետները նախազգուշացնում են, որ օճառի ամենօրյա օգտագործումը թուլացնում է իմունիտետը: Բնական պաշտպանիչ բակտերիալ շերտից զրկվելը կարող է էկզեմա առաջացնել: Սովորական կամ փափուկ օճառն ավելի լավ ազեցություն ունի մաշկի վրա, քան հակաբակտերիալ օճառը, որը խախտում է մաշկի բակտերիալ բալանսը: Գեղեցիկ սեռի ներկայացուցիչները և միջին տարիքի մարդիկ պետք է խուսափեն դեմքը օճառով լվանալուց, քանի որ օճառով դեմքը լվանալը նպաստում է կնճիռների առաջացմանը:

Մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս հրաժարվել դեմքը ցնցուղի տակ պահելուց, քանի որ ջերմաստիճանը և ճնշումը կարող են վնասել դեմքի մաշկը: Դեմքի մաշկի արտաքին գեցեցիկ տեսքը և երիտասարդությունը պահպանելու համար պետք է դեմքը լվանալ ձեռքով:
