Երբ մոտեցումները փոխվում են վարակի տարածումից արագ
POLITICSԵրեկ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, խոսելով հակաճգնաժամային 9-րդ միջոցառման մասին, օգտագործել է «օրավարձով աշխատող» արտահայտությունը: Այնինչ նույն Փաշինյանը ընդամենը մեկ շաբաթ առաջ ԱԺ-ում բոլորիս «համոզում» էր, որ Հայաստանում օրավարձով աշխատող չկա:
Փաստորեն այս գործելաոճը գործող իշխանությունների համար գնալով ավելի ու ավելի հիմնական է դառնում՝ «կորոնավիրուսն ո՞ւմ շունն ա»-ից մինչև «մեր քաղաքացիներին պետք է խնդրենք ավելի շատ ջանք թափել՝ սեփական անվտանգությունը պահպանելու համար», «շատ հատուկ միջոցառումների կարիք չկա»-ից մինչև «կոչ եմ անում այս ամենին շատ լուրջ վերաբերվել», «փորձում ենք մոբիլիզացնել այնպիսի բժշկական կենտրոններ, որոնք էական բեռ չէին կրում նախկինում», կամ՝ «մահճակալներ նախատեսվում են ոչ միայն համալիրում, այլև ՀՀ բոլոր մարզերում առանձնացվել են դահլիճներ, որոնք անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կվերածվեն հոսպիտալների միջին ծանրության, միգուցե նաև ծանր պացիենտների համար», ԶԼՄ-ների դեմ մաքսիմալ սահմանափակումներ դնելուց մինչև «ինչպես հասկանում եմ՝ չափից ավելի շատ ենք կանխել այդ խուճապային երևույթները», և այլն, և այլն...
Կամ՝ ի՞նչ է նշանակում առողջապահության նախարարի՝ այս կամ այն քայլերի հետ կապված պարբերաբար օգտագործվող «շուտով» արտահայտությունը: Դա շատ հարաբերական հասկացություն է: Այնպիսի տպավորություն է, կարծես առաջիկա մի քանի տարվա երկարաժամկետ ինչ-որ ծրագիր եք քննարկում, այլ ոչ թե արտակարգ ռեժիմով պայմանավորված գործողություններ:
Մյուս կողմից՝ այն հանգամանքը, որ մեզանից անհամեմատ մեծ տուրիստական հոսք ունեցող Վրաստանում հիվանդացության մակարդակը մեզանից անհամեմատ ցածր է, առողջապահության նախարարը բնորոշում է, որպես «երջանիկ պատահականություն»:
Պատահական չէ, որ երեկ սոցցանցերում բազմաթիվ մեր հայրենակիցներ արձանագրում էին, որ նախարարն, ըստ երևույթին, ինչ-որ բան խառնել է: Խառնել է ինչ-որ երևույթներ, ոմանց կարգավիճակը, բայց ոչ Վրաստանի առումով: Բայց դրան արդեն հարկ կլինի անդրադառնալ ավելի ուշ: Պանդեմիայի հաղթահարումից հետո: Հուսով ենք՝ շուտով...
