ՆԱՏՕ-ն հորդորել է Մոսկվային եւ Անկարային` ուղղակի շփումներ սկսել Սու-24-ի հետ կապված միջադեպից հետո

ՆԱՏՕ-ի երկրների արտաքին գործերի նախարարները հորդորել են Մոսկվային եւ Անկարային ուղղակի շփումներ սկսել թուրքական օդուժի կողմից ռուսական Սու-24 ռմբակոծիչի ոչնչացման միջադեպից հետո: Այդ մասին, հայտարարել է ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Ենս Ստոլտ ենբերգը՝ Բրյուսելում կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում ամփոփելով դաշինքի նախարարական հանդիպման առաջին օրվա արդյունքները:
«ՆԱՏՕ-ի ԱԳ նախարարները քննարկել են Սու-24-ի հետ կապված միջադեպը: Մենք ընդգծեցինք, որ Թուրքիան իրավունք ունի պաշտպանել իր սահմանները: Այսօր անհրաժեշտ են սառնասրտություն եւ հանգստություն: ՆԱՏՕ-ն հորդորում է Մոսկվային եւ Անկարային՝ ուղղակի շփումներ հաստատել»,- ասել է Ստոլտենբերգը
Ընդսմին նա նշել Է, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ն կշարունակի աջակցել Թուրքիային նրա հակաօդային պաշտպանությունն ապահովելու գործում: «Թուրքիան կարեւոր դաշնակից Է, մենք այնտեղ ենք գտնվում երկար տարիներ, եւ այդ աշխատանքը ոչ մի առնչություն չունի անցած շաբաթ ռուսական ինքնաթիռի հետ տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի հետ»,-ասել Է նա: «ՆԱՏՕ-ի ջանքերի շրջանակներում Իսպանիան Թուրքիայում տեղակայել Է հակաօդային պաշտպանության Patriot համակարգեր, ԱՄՆ-ը եւ Մեծ Բրիտանիան տեղաբաշխել են ինքնաթիռներ՝ մեր դաշնակցի օդային տարածության անվտանգության ապահովման համար,-ասել Է նա:-Դա Թուրքիային աջակցման միջոցառումների մի մասն Է, եւ ես սպասում եմ, որ այդ բնագավառում նոր որոշումներ կընդունվեն առաջիկա շաբաթներին»:
Ստոլտենբերգը նաեւ նշել է, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ն լիովին աջակցում է Սիրիայի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանը նվիրված Վիեննայի բանակցությունները:
«Մենք լիովին պաշտպանում ենք Սիրիայում հակամարտության քաղաքական լուծում գտնելուն ուղղված նոր ջանքերը»,- ասել է նա:
Սիրիայի շուրջ բազմակողմ բանակցությունները Վիեննայում կայացել են նոյեմբերի 14-ին: Դրանց մասնակիցները պայմանավորվել են Սիրիայում ՄԱԿ-ի հովանու ներքո մոնիթորինգային առաքելության ստեղծման շուրջ, որը կհետեւի հրադադարի ռեժիմի պահպանմանը: Վիեննայում մշակված երեքէջանոց փաստաթղթում նաեւ տեղ են գտել մի շարք նախաձեռնություններ, ներառյալ ընդդիմության ուժերի համախմբումը, Սիրիայում նոր կառավարության եւ սահմանադրության ստեղծման աշխատանքը եւ 18 ամսվա ընթացքում ընտրությունների անցկացումը», հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
