Վրաստանը հրապարակել է բեռնատարների տեղաշարժի վերաբերյալ ուղեցույց

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն տեղեկացնում է, որ Վրաստանը հրապարակել է երկրի տարածքով բեռնատարների տեղաշարժի կանոնակարգման վերաբերյալ ուղեցույց։ Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ՊԵԿ-ը հորդորում է Հայաստանից Վրաստան մուտք գործող բեռնատարների վարորդներին հետևել ստրոև նշված կանոններին. 

 

«Օտար երկրում գրանցված բեռնատար ավտոմեքենայի   տեղաշարժը Վրաստանի տարածքում պետք է իրականացվի հետևյալ պայմանների պահպանմամբ.

 

  • Մաքսային անցակետում ընթացակարգերն ավարտելուց հետո, մինչև նշանակման վայր պետք է տեղափոխվի առանց կանգ առնելու (կանգ առնել կարելի է միայն հատուկ կազմակերպված տարածքներում (STOP POINT), քաղաքացիական պատասխանատվության պարտադիր ապահովագրության պոլիս ձեռք բերելու կետերում և մաքսային անցակետում տեղակայված ավտոմեքենաների կայանատեղերում):
  • STOP POINT- ներում վարորդն իրավունք ունի լրացնել վառելիքի պաշարը, ձեռք բերել ճանապարհից օգտվելու քարտ, իրեն կարգի բերել և ձեռք բերել անձնական օգտագործման իրեր/սննդամթերք:  
  • Ստեղծված դժվարությունների դեպքում (տրանսպորտային միջոցների անսարքություն, առողջության վատթարացում և այլն) վարորդը պետք է կապ հաստատի համապատասխան ծառայությունների հետ և մինչև նրանց ժամանելը պետք է մնա ավտոմեքենայի սրահում: Այդ նպատակների համար պետք է զանգահարի Ներքին գործերի նախարարության անհետաձգելի օգնության և արտակարգ իրավիճակների կառավարման կենտրոնի հեռախոսահամարին`  112:
  • Բեռնատար ավտոմեքենան պետք է լքի Վրաստանի տարածքը.
  • Տարանցիկ տեղափոխվելիս (բացի «Կազբեգի» սահմանային անցակետից կամ «Կազբեգիի» ուղղությամբ տեղաշարժումից)` երկիր մուտք գործելուց հետո 24 ժամվա ընթացքում:
  • Այլ դեպքերում (ներառյալ «Կազբեգի» սահմանային անցակետից կամ «Կազբեգիի» ուղղությամբ տարանցիկ տեղաշարժվելը)` երկիր մուտք գործելուց հետո 48 ժամվա ընթացքում:
  • Երաշխավորվում է, որ ֆինանսական վճարումը կատարվի անկանխիկ վճարումով (առցանց գնումներ, պլաստիկ քարտ և այլն), և օգտագործվեն անձնական պաշտպանիչ միջոցներ (բժշկական դիմակ, ձեռնոց և այլն):

 

 

 

  • Որպես հատուկ կազմակերպված տարածքներ (STOP POINT) են սահմանված.
  • Ուրբնիսի` Քարելիի շրջան, գյուղ Ուրբնիսի, կադաստրի ծածկագիր` 16.45.054:
  • Թերջոլա` Թերջոլայի շրջան, գյուղ Սիքթարվա, կադաստրային ծածկագիր`08.38.224:
  • Գորի`Գորիի շրջան, գյուղ Տինիսխիդի, կադաստրային ծածկագիր`44.02.033:
  • Զեստափոնի` Զեստափոնիի շրջան, գյուղ Արգվեթա, կադաստրային ծածկագիր`03.34.211:

 

 

 

Ծանոթություն.

 

 

 

  • Տեղաշարժման ժամկետների մեջ չեն նախատեսվում մաքսային ձևակերպումների համար անհրաժեշտ և մաքսային ձևակերպումների կետերի մոտ կազմակերպված ավտոկայանատեղիներում կանգնելու ժամանակահատվածները:
  • Վերոհիշյալ կանոնների խախտման համար (բացի երաշխավորությունները չկատարելուց, կամ այն դեպքից, երբ եղանակային պայմանները կամ այլ արտաքին գործոններ  դժվարացնում և (կամ) անհնարին են դարձնում սահմանված պայմանների կատարումը) ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցի վարորդը տուգանվում է 3 000 լարիով: Ինչպես նաև, եթե խախտումը կապված է տեղաշարժման ժամկետների հետ, ապա տրանսպորտային միջոցը պետք է անհապաղ լքի Վրաստանի տարածքը,  հակառակ դեպքում վարորդը կտեղափոխվի  14-օրյա կարանտին, և տրանսպորտային միջոցը կտեղափոխվի տուգանային հրապարակ»:
