Շատերի մոտ սովորություն կա  հաց ուտել բոլոր մթերքների հետ: Հատկապես ավագ  սերնդի ներկայացուցիչները ամեն ինչ ուտում են հացով և մեզ էլ սովորեցրել են նույն կերպ: Ավագ սերնդին կարելի է հասկանալ, նրանց ժամանակներում  հաց դժվար էր ճարվում և հասկանալի է  նրանց այդպիսի սովորությունը:  Բայց այժմ այդ բարիքով  ողողված են  վաճառասրահները: Հացը պետք է ուտել  խելամտորեն:

Արդյո՞ք վնասակար է հացը:

Այո, սպիտակ հացը վնասակար է, ալյուրը վերամշակման դեպքում կորցնում է իր բոլոր օգտակար հատկությունները, և դրոժի առկայությունն էլ մյուս կողմից  սպիտակ հացը դարձնում է վնասակար:

 

Գիտնականները պարզել են, որ  այն մարդիկ , ովքեր սպիտակ հաց են օգտագործում,  խնդիրներ ունեն ավելորդ քաշի հետ,  բացի այդ նրանց մոտ  մեծ է սիրտ-անոթային հիվանդությունների առաջացման ռիսկը, նրանց մոտ կարող է նաև դիաբետ առաջանալ:

Կախված  հացի կազմությունից և  պատրաստման տեխնոլոգիայից, հացը կարող է ինչպես վնասել մարսողությանը, այնպես էլ  խթանել այն: Առանց խմորիչի պատրաստված հացը  լավացնում է նյութափոխանակությունը, իսկ խմորիչով պատրաստված հացը  կարող է առաջացնել  դիսբակտերիոզ, փքվածություն:

Օգտակար է տարեկանի հացը: Այն պարունակում է մի շարք վիտամիններ,  որոնք հատկապես օգտակար են աշնանը և ձմռանը:

 

Տարեկանի հացը հակացուցված է  ստամոքսի խոցի, այրոցների, գաստրիտի դեպքում:
