Իջեցնում է ճնշումը։ Նռան հատիկներն արդյունավետորեն իջեցնում են արյան ճնշումը։ Իսկ չորացրած նռան կեղևով թեյը կարող է հանգստացնել նյարդային համակարգը, օգնել ազատվել տագնապի զգացումից, լավ քնել։

Դուրս է բերում ճիճուներին։ Հասած նռան կեղևը նյութեր է պարունակում, որոնք օգնում են դուրս բերել ճիճուներին։ 40-50 գրամ կեղևը թրջեք 400 մլ տաք ջրով, եռացրեք դանդաղ կրակին։ Սառեցրեք, խմեք օրվա ընթացքում փոքր չափաբաժնով։

Ազատում է դիարեայից։ Նուռն օգտագործվում է դիարեայի դեպքում։ Ինֆեկցիոն դիարեայի դեպքում այն պայքարում է դրա պատճառ հանդիսացող օրգանիզմների դեմ։

Պայքարում է բորբոքման դեմ։ Բորբոքային հիվանդությունների դեպքում ևս նուռը կարող է օգնության հասնել։ 2 թեյի գդալ մանրացրած նռան կեղևը թրջեք 1 բաժակ տաք ջրով, 30 րոպե եռացրեք շոգու վրա, թողեք սառչի, մի փոքր եռացրած ջուր ավելացրեք։ Օրվա ընթացքում օգտագործեք 2-3 անգամ՝ ուտելուց 30 րոպե առաջ։

Ուշադիր եղեք։ Նռան կեղևը թունավոր նյութեր է պարունակում, հետևաբար՝ երբեք չպետք է գերազանցել խորհուրդ տրվող չափաբաժինը։
