«Ես ողջունում եմ բարեգործությունը, դա հատկապես ողջունելի է ճգնաժամի շրջանում, բայց ես վերջերս մի վարժություն եմ արել՝ x մարդը x օգնություն էր բաժանել x տեղում, և սրա մասին լայնածավալ ռեպորտաժներ են ցուցադվել: Ես խնդրեցի մեր մարմիններին ճշտել, թե կոնկրետ ինչ է բաժանվել և մոտավորապես ինչ գնի: Մենք պարզեցինք, որ մի տոպրակի պարունակության գինը մոտավորապես 3000 դրամ է եղել, եղել է մոտավորապես 350 000-400 000 դրամի օգնություն»,- երեկ լայվի ժամանակ պատմում էր վարչապետը։ Փաստորեն՝ կորոնավիրուսին «պառկցրել ենք ասֆալտին» ու հիմա «վարժություն» ենք անում։
«Մարմիններն» էլ վարչապետին եկել ու պատմել են, թե բա՝ գովազդային ռեպորտաժի գնից պակաս աջակցություն է բաժանվել։
Հետո հասկանում ես, որ վարչապետին խաբել են, որովհետև հանձնարարությունը կատարել են ոչ թե ՄԱՐՄԻՆ-ները, այլ՝ ԱՆԴԱՄ-ները։
Թե չէ՝ մի տոպրակ էլ իրենք կտանեին՝ ուրիշի տոպրակի «հաշիվը» ճշտելու փոխարեն, կամ գոնե՝ ճիշտ տոպրակը կստուգեին՝ Հայկոյի տարածի հետ շփոթելու փոխարեն։
Եթե ԱՆԴԱՄ-ը ստուգած չլիներ, կհասկանար, որ բինզեսը ոչ թե ինքնագովազդվում է, այլ՝ սոցիալական պատասխանատվության պոպուլյարիզացիայով է զբաղվում, որ մի քիչ էլ՝ իշխանությունը սովորի ու սրան-նրան մեղադրելու փոխարեն՝ անապահով քաղաքացուն իր տոպրակը հասցնի։

 

Հ․գ- Ի դեպ, լավ է, որ հատուկ ծառայությունները բավարարվել են միան տոպրակ ստուգելով։ Կարող էին ոչ թե տոպրակաները հաշվել, այլ՝ օրինակ, թե քանի հատիկ կա մեկ կիլոգրամ բրինձի կամ գրեչկայի մեջ։ Դա ավելի զիլ կլիներ։
