Ինչպե՞ս կատարել յոդի վանդակներ.

  • Յոդը քսում են բամբակյա փայտիկների միջոցով:Թրջեք փայտիկը 5%-անոց յոդի մեջ ր նկարեք մարմնի վրա վանդակ` ուղղակայաց և հորիզոնական գծերով:
  • Գծված վանդակի մեկ քառակուսին պետք է 1 սմ եկարություն և 1 սմ լայնություն ունենա:
  • Յոդը,անցնելով մաշկի մեջ,հասնելով մկանային հյուսվածքներին և արյան անոթներին,վերացնում է հիվանդության պատճառը:
  • Վանդակի իմաստն այն է,որպեսզի հիվանդության բակտերիաները առանձնացվեն իրարից և հեշտ ոչնչացվեն:
  • Յոդը շատ լավ պքայքարում է այն բակտերիաների դեմ,որոնք անցնում են օրգանիզմ մաշկի միջոցով:

Յոդի պակասի դեպքում`յոդի վանդակ.

Ըստ վիճակագրության աշկարհի բնակչության մեծ մասը յոդի պակաս ունի:Յոդի պակասը օրգանիզում հանգեցնում է վահանաձև գեղձի խնդիրների:Հղի կանանց մոտ յոդի պակասը կարող է առղջական խնդիրների պատճառ դառնալ երեխայի համար:

Յոդի պակասի մասին իմանալու համար անհրաժեշտ է ուղղակի յոդի վանդակ քսել մաշկի վրա:

  • Դրա համար լավագույն տեղը ազդրի ներքին հատվածն է:Թեթ վանդակը ներծծվի օրգանիզմ 3 ժամում,ապա դուք յոդի լուրջ պակաս ունեք և պետք է դիմեք մասնագետի օգնությանը:
  • Եթե յոդը ներծծվում է 6-8 ժամվա ընթացքում,ապա յոդի պակաս կա, սակայն այս խնդիրը կարող է լուծվել ձուկ, ծովամթերք և այլ յոդով հարուստ սննդամթերքներ ուտելով:
  • Թեթ յոդի վանդակները անհետանում են մեկ օրվա ընթացքում,ապա դուք յոդի պակաս չունեք:

Ինչո՞վ է օգտակար յոդը մրսածության և գրիպի ժամանակ.

Մրսածության ժամանակ յոդի վանդակը քսում են շատ բարակ գծերով քթի վրա:Այս դեպքում պետք է շատ զգույշ լինել,քանի որ դեմքի մաշկը շատ զգայուն է:Մրսածության ժամանակ յոդի վանդակը պետք է քսել ոտնաթաթերին և շնկի ներքևի հատվածի մկանների վրա:

Յոդի վանդակը վնասվածքների ժամանակ.

Այն կօգնի արագ ազատվել կապտուկներից,սակայն չի կարելի օգտագործել առաջին ժամերի ընթացքում:Խորհուրդ է տրվում այս դեպքում քսել յոդի վանդակը 24 ժամ հետո:Վնասված հատվածի վրա սկզբում սառը դրեք,և հետո նոր 24 ժամ անց կարելի է սկսել յոդով բուժումը:
