Աչքերի մկաններին հնարավորինս ատ վարժություններ են պետք, ինչպես մարդու մարմնի ցանկացած այլ մկանի: Այս խորհուրդները կօգնեն ավելի շատ բան իմանալ աչքերի գործառույթների մասին, լավացնել տեսողությունը: 1. Աչքերին ամեն 2-3 ժամը մեկ թուլ տվեք հանգստանալ և խուսափեք լրացուցիչ լարվածությունից: 2. Աչքերի մարզանքը զարմանալի բան է. 16 պարզ վարժություն կատարեք և ձեր տեսողությունն ընդմիշտ կլավանա: Պարզապես պետք է հայացքն ուղղել նկարում պատկերված գծերով (տես նկարը):
3. Ակնոցը հանեք: 4. Մերսեք այդ կետերն ամեն օր (տես նկարը): 5. Չափավոր ճնշում գործադրեք ակնախնձորների վրա: Օգտագործեք ցուցամատի և միջնամատի ծայրերը: Զգույշ եղեք, ոչ մի ցավ չպետք է զգաք: 6. Քայլելիս ձեր «քթի տակ» մի նայեք, հեռու նայեք, վայելեք բնությունը: 7. Ամեն օր գազարի հյութ խմեք: Մի քանի կաթիլ ձիթապտղի յուղ ավելացրեք՝ արդյունքը հարստացնելու համար:
8. Միշտ աչքերը տաք ջրով լվացեք: 9. Խուսափեք համակարգչով աշխատելուց քնելուց առնվազն 2 ժամ առաջ: 10.
