Չէի հավատում, որ ուշացել ենք, քանի դեռ վարչապետն իր բերանով չասեց։ Եվ այնքան հեշտությամբ, որ տպավորություն է, թե գնացքից ենք ուշացել, ոչ թե՝ համաճարակի կանխարգելումից։ Պատկերացնում եք, հիմա մենք կարող էինք Կորոնավիրուսի պատճառով ոչ մի զոհ չունենալ, եթե առաջին օրվանից հենց օդանավկայանում մարդկանց թեսթավորեին և մեկուսացնեին:
Հիմա համոզվում եմ, որ «Ծառուկյանը ճիշտ էր ասում, որ մարտի 3-ից պետք էր կարանտին սահմանել ու մարդկանց մեկուսացնել, իսկ ինշխանությունն էդ ժամանակ ասում էր ՙՙկորոնավիրուսն ում շունն է» :
Նոր էլ աչքովս ընկավ ԲՀԿ-ի հայտարարությունը, ու առաջին կետով հենց նշված է, որ հրատապ կարգով հանրապետության բոլոր սահմանային կետերում և օդանավակայաններում պետք է գործեն արագ թեստավորման համակարգեր, որի հետևանքով այն անձինք, ում թեստի արդյունքները կլինեն դրական, օպերատիվ կերպով կմեկուսացվեն։ Հիմա ես չեմ նայում, որ ԲՀԿ-ն ընդդիմադիր է, ես տեսնում եմ, որ իրենց առաջարկների գոնե 10 տոկոսը չի իրականացվել, իսկ հետևանքները ամեն օր քաղում ենք: Ավելին ասեմ՝ անգամ գումարով այսօր հնարավորություն չունենք թեստ հանձնելու: Մինչդեռ աշխարհի մի շարք երկրներում պլանավորվում է ամբողջ բնակչությանը թեստավորել: Բայց որպեսզի վեհ գաղափարներից չխոսենք գոնե կարելի էր ժամանակին լսել Ծառուկյանին ու մի քանի օր ծանրաբեռնված աշխատել: Ցավում եմ, որ բոլորս լուրջ չէինք վերաբերվում, և ավելի եմ ցավում, երբ վարչապետն է ասում, որ ուշացել ենք:
ԲՀԿ-ի հայտարարության մեջ նաև նշված է, որ Հանրապետության բոլոր հիմնական բժշկական կենտրոններում և պոլիկլինիկաներում պետք է արագ գործարկվեն թեստավորման կետեր։ Իսկապես համաձայն եմ, սա է համավարակի տարածումը կանխարգելելու հիմնական ճանապարհը։ Հասկացանք, որ առաջին հերթին իշխանությունն է պատասխանատու ստեղծված իրավիճակի համար, բայց հիմա ընդդիմություն ու իշխանություն խաղալու ժամանակը չէ, պետք է լավ խորհուրդներն ընդունել ու համատեղ ուժերով պայքարել այս չարիքի դեմ:
