«Իմ Ձայնը» նախագիծը գրում է. 
«ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Լենա Նազարյանի գրառման շուրջ աղմուկը չի դադարում։ Բոլոր փորձերը` մոռացության տալ, շտկել, ձախողվում են։ Ցավոտ տեղին է կպել, շատերին է կպել՝ մանավանդ այսօր։
Իրականում Լենան ասել է ճշմարտությունը, փոխանցել է իր թիմի ներքին տրամադրությունները։ Ասել է հավաքական կարծիքը։ Լենայի գրառման մեջ ամենասկանդալայինը ոչ թե բուն գրառումն է, այլ թիմակիցների անձնավորված աջակցությունը։ Միակ տրամաբանական հարցը հետևյալն է՝ նրանք մտածում են այդպե՞ս, թե՞ նրանք չեն մտածում՝ պարզապես։
 
Լենան բացահայտում է մտածողության դեֆեկտ, արժեհամակարգի դեֆեկտ. 500 հազար աշխատավարձը չարքաշ գոյության համար է։
Հարց Լենային և նրա 87 ոչ չարքաշ ընկերներին ու կառավարության ոչ նվիրյալներին։
 
1. Որքա՞ն է ստանում բանակի սպան, առաջին գծում կանգնած հրամանատարը։ Նա հաստատ աշխատում է ավելի շատ, և ավելի կարևոր գործ է անում։
2. Որքա՞ն է ստանում ուսուցիչը, դասախոսը, բժիշկը, գիտնականը:
3. Որքա՞ն է Ձեր կառավարության տրամադրած օժանդակության չափը այսօր աշխատանքը կորցրած ընտանքիներին՝ 26 հազա՞ր, 50 հազա՞ր, երբեմն հարյո՞ւր։
4. Որքա՞ն գումար է աշխատում, ըստ Ձեր ղեկավարի, գոյություն չունեցող օրավարձով աշխատողը։
 
Լենան ու իր թիմը սկսել են Հայաստանը տեսնել հարմարավետ աշխատասենյակների և մեքենաների պատուհաններից։
 
Այսօրվա տնտեսական ցնցումների, պարզ մարդկային ողբերգությունների պայմաններում կարողանալ նման բա՞ն ասել և ստանալ թիմակիցների աջակցությո՞ւնը։
Փաստորեն, 30 տոկոս պաշտոնական աղքատություն ունեցող երկրում  նախարարների աշխատավարձը 800 հազար դրամից դարձնում են 1 միլիոն 500 հազար դրամ, փոխնախարարների աշխատավարձը՝ 562 հազար դրամից ՝ 1 միլիոն 60 հազար դրամ կամ գլխավոր քարտուղարների աշխատավարձը 595 հազար դրամից 870 հազար դրամ՝ այն էլ գաղտնի հրամանով, որովհետև 500 հազար դրամով աշխատելը, ըստ ԱԺ փոխնախագահի, մարդկանց մտավոր ու ֆիզիկական կարողությունների շահագործում կլինի։
 
Մի ուշագրավ բան էլ․ Լենան համեստորեն շրջանցեց վարչապետին։ Չարքաշության նշաձողը կանգնեց նախարարի մակարդակում։ Կարող էր հանգիստ ասել, որ ուղղաթիռով ֆռֆռալը մտավոր ու ֆիզիկական կարողությունների շահագործում է, և ժողովրդի վարչապետին տիեզերանավ է պետք։
 
Իրականում պետք է լիներ լրիվ հակառակը.
 
Հեղափոխական թիմը վաղուց արդեն /առավել ևս՝ հիմա/ պետք է հրաժարված լիներ կենտկոմական ամառանոցներից, հանգստի փակ զոնաներից, մեծաքանակ սպասարկող անձնակազմերից, ճոխության մյուս անիմաստ դրսևորումներից։ Թե չէ ստացվում է՝ թեզը, որ Հայաստանում իրական հեղափոխություն չի եղել և նոր պիտի լինի, ճիշտ է։ Մտածողության, բարքերի հեղափոխություն»։
