Կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ ապրիլի 13-ի արտահերթ նիստում հաստատեց կորոնավիրուսի տնտեսական հետեւանքների չեզոքացման 11-րորդ միջոցառումը, որը ներկայացրեց փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը:

Նա, մասնավորապես, նշեց, որ այս միջոցառման  նպատակն է օժանդակել կորոնավիրուսի տարածման հետեւանքով գոյացած դժվարությունների արդյունքում սոցիալական խնդիրների առջեւ կանգնած մի խումբ անձանց:

Միջոցառման շահառու են  բնական գազի մատակարարմանեւ էլեկտրական էներգիայի մատակարարման պայմանագիր կնքած այն բոլոր բնակիչ բաժանորդները, որոնց  այս տարվա փետրվարի ծախսը չի գերազանցել՝

բնական գազի սպառման գծով՝ 10 000 ՀՀ դրամը,

էլեկտրական էներգիայի սպառման գծով 5 000 ՀՀ դրամը:

Աջակցությունը տրամադրվում է յուրաքանչյուր բաժանորդի կողմից 2020 թվականի փետրվար ամսվա ընթացքում  սպառված համապատասխանաբար բնական գազի եւ էլեկտրական էներգիայի դիմաց վճարի 50% -ի չափով:

Ընդհանուր գումարը փոխանցվում է բնական գազ եւ էլեկտրական էներգիա մատակարարող ընկերություններին Միջոցառման շահառու համարվող բնակիչ բաժանորդներին հետագա փոխանցման պայմանով։

Մհեր Գրիգորյանը նշեց, որ այս միջոցառումը վերաբերում է բոլոր բաժանորդներին՝ անկախ նրանից՝ ժամկետանց պարտքեր ունեն, թե ոչ: Ընդ որում՝ պարտքի առկայության դեպքում այդ գումարն ուղղվում է բնակիչ բաժանորդի ունեցած պարտքի մարմանը, իսկ դրա բացակայության դեպքում՝ ձեւակերպվում որպես կանխավճար:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էլ հավելեց, որ նրանք, որոնք արդեն վճարել են գազի ու էլեկտրաէներգիայի դիմաց, նրանց մասոկվ կձեւավորվի կանխավճար, իսկ որոնք չեն վճարել, այդքանով կնվազի վճարը:
