Ստեփանավանում կատարված ավազակային հարձակման գործով կալանավորվել է 39-ամյա տղամարդ․ ՔԿ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Ստեփանավանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով իրականացված քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների, օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են Ստեփանավանի բնակչուհու նկատմամբ տեղի ունեցած ավազակային հարձակման դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից։
Մասնավորապես, փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ Ստեփանավան քաղաքի 39-ամյա բնակիչը, նախապես տեղեկացված լինելով, որ նույն քաղաքի բնակչուհին տարբեր վաճառասրահներում գործող բանկոմատներից գումարներ է կանխիկացնում և տեղափոխում իր տուն, 2020 թվականի մարտի 14-ին՝ երեկոյան, օգտվելով տան անդամների ժամանակավոր բացակայությունից, ապօրինի մուտք է գործել նշված բնակչուհու բնակարան, որտեղ ժամը 20:30-ի սահմաններում հարձակվել է տուն վերադարձած կնոջ վրա, ձեռքերով հարվածել նրա դեմքին և միջին ծանրության վնաս պատճառելով՝ նրա ձեռքից հափշտակել է պայուսակը, որի մեջ եղել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ 4.280.700 ՀՀ դրամ կանխիկ գումար և դիմել փախուստի:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 39-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի (ավազակություն) 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով նախատեսված արարք առերևույթ կատարելու համար: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանավորումը:
